On 12.12.2012 a legal action Grinols, Odden, Judd, Noonen and MacLaren v Electoral College, President of the Senate, Congress, Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barack (Barry ) Soetoro, aka Barack Barry Soebarkah, Governor of California and Secretary of State of California was filed by several Presidential electors and minor presidential candidates.
On February 9, 2009, a New Jersey attorney, Mr. Mario Apuzzo, filed a lawsuit on behalf of Plaintiffs, Charles F. Kerchner, Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James LeNormand and Donald H. Nelson, Jr.
The lawsuit, Civil Action Number. 1:09 –cv-00253 was filed in United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

The defendants in this case are: Barrack Hussein Obama II, and Individually, a/k/a Barry Soetoro, United States of America, The United States Congress, The United States Senate, The United States House of Representatives, Richard B. Cheney (President of the US Senate, Presiding Officer of Joint Session of Congress, Vice President of the United States and Individually), Nancy Pelosi (Speaker of the House and Individually).
All of the defendants have been served with a copy of the complaint and have 60 days to respond to the complaint. Will they stand up like honest citizens and answer the complaint, or will they hide behind high priced lawyers like Obama has been doing?
It starts at the top. President Obama played his sleight of hand game of seeming to do something while actually doing its opposite. On the campaign trail (er, sorry, on a presidential swing to California), Obama tried to distance himself from the blame game in Washington.

Colonel slams Obamas release of Bush memos
A former Army colonel says President Obama gave all the terrorists planning to do “bad things” to the United States a huge assurance today when he released memos from the Bush presidency regarding interrogation techniques for such suspects.
The actions were “bad form, bad tactics, bad strategy until this war is over,” according to retired U.S. Army Col. Bob Maginnis.
He spoke with Greg Corombos of Radio America/WND. The audio of the exchange is embedded here:
“Were at war,” he continued. “Its a strategic mistake on the part of the president to release the details on how we will address would-be or confirmed terrorists who may have information that could lead us to stop pending attacks.
“I find it unacceptable completely.”
The officer noted theres “a distinction between knowing for certain what your enemy is going to do and suspecting what your enemy is going to do.”
Media speculation has given terrorists enough information to “suspect.”
Obama now has “removed any doubt.”
“Terrorists who are preparing to do terrible things to our country, and their minions, now can steel their minds to potential techniques,” Maginnis said.
He also said the techniques – ranging from waterboarding to sleep deprivation and slapping – “seem to be rather benign given what goes on the world.”
America soldiers now are dedicated to keeping their country safe, he said. Politicians should not “take away actual tools or implied tools” they need.

The strangest thing about Obama’s gargantuan, trillion-dollar-plus new health-care entitlement is the timing.
Not only are we running $1.7 trillion annual deficits and scheduled to nearly double the $11 trillion debt in only eight years — and watching the logical end to an entitlement state in Greece’s implosion — but we are witnessing the meltdown of almost every government-run program imaginable: Medicare is broke; the Postal Service is insolvent and cutting back Saturday service (but probably not a commensurate one-sixth of their budget); and now Social Security spends more than it takes in.
So is this frenzied effort to expand government, widen entitlements, raise taxes, and borrow more money some sort of nihilistic urge to achieve a universal, cradle-to-grave, redistributionist entitlement state at about the same time the entire system goes bankrupt?
Constant campaigning, photo-ops, fluff interviews, adulatory essays in the corrupt media — all this can give a one or two point plus in the polls. But the reasons the bumps are transitory and followed by net losses after a week or two is that the public now realizes we are broke. When Obama announces yet another give-away or entitlement, the public equates that with spending more money we have just borrowed, and suspects that this can no more go on than can the spree of the giddy shopper who maxes out a dozen credit cards, oozing wealth and confidence, before the tab comes in and financialdestruction follows.
