Tea Party and other Constitutional Groups have been under attack from the Internal Revenue Service. Liberal bureaucrats within the agency have admittedly targeted conservative groups in an attempt to intimidate leaders and silence their efforts. This is an attack not only on Our Cpnstitution, but also on all Americans who believe in an honest government.
Move over America. Israel is joining the tea party.
A new grassroots effort is beginning that is modeled after the American conservative social movement. The Israeli version promises to be just as powerful and patriotic, just as provocative and just as antagonistic to US Putative President Barack Obama.
Can this statement possibly be true? In order to answer this question, Americans must first understand what is the source of the money that funds the government and where it goes. Contrary to the sound bites issued by the two mainstream political parties, the reality of how the system actually works will not only open your eyes, but hopefully stimulate the American people to demand that the thievery underway come to an end.
Article II section 2 of the U.S. Constitution states that:
“The President shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the Supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law.”
States may make whatever laws they wish (consistent with their State Constitutions) except as prohibited by the US Constitution.
Only Laws made by Congress, which are pursuant to the Constitution, qualify as part of the General Government Law of the Land.
The Sovereign State of Arizona recently made a law which provides for the cooperative enforcement – with the federal government – of federal immigration laws throughout Arizona. The People of Arizona are suffering terribly from massive Invasions of their Southern Border; and because the federal government refuses to repel the Invasions, the People of Arizona are forced to defend themselves.
“A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government.”
