Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou exits a cabinet meeting at the Greek Parliament on November 3, 2011 in Athens. Papandreou called the cabinet meeting as his government teeters on the brink over his call for a referendum which EU leaders have warned could derail a 100 billion euro rescue package for the hugely indebted nation. Papandreou has called a confidence vote for Friday but given growing opposition to the referendum plan, the government looks set to lose its parliamentary majority, further adding to the turmoil in the debt-laden nation.AFP PHOTO / ARIS MESSINIS (Photo credit should read ARIS MESSINIS/AFP/Getty Images)
