Banking Cartel’s New World Order’s March To Old World Oligarchy!

“If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.” – James Madison.

“Over-grown military establishments are, under any form of government, inauspicious to liberty, and are to be regarded as particularly hostile to republican liberty.” – George Washington.

“In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.” – Dwight D. Eisenhower.

“This year we are witnessing not just a series of brutal but fundamentally independent human rights violations committed by disparate governments around the globe. This year we are witnessing something far more fundamental and far more dangerous. This year we are witnessing the orchestrated destruction by the United States of the very basis, the fragile scaffolding, upon which international human rights have been built, painstakingly, bit by bit by bit, since the end of World War II.” – William F. Schulz, former Executive Director of Amnesty International USA, speaking in 2003.

It is the right and the duty of the people to alter or abolish any government that becomes destructive to liberty.

U.S.Constitution 1

U.S.Constitution 2

U.S.Constitution 3

The government is claiming the power under the Afghanistan authorization for use of military force as a justification for entering American homes to grab people, indefinitely detain them, and not give them a charge or trial.

Lawmakers have betrayed not only the Constitution, but their oaths of office to “preserve, protect, and defend” it from all enemies. Of course, one can hardly expect 243 members of Congress to vote to declare themselves enemies of the Republic as to do such might expose them to arrest and indefinite detention per the terms of the NDAA passed by such a large majority. Congress is full of attorneys who know the importance of specificity of language. If these men and women in Congress, so many of whom are trained in the law, meant to forbid the military from arresting and detaining American citizens, then it could have done so. They chose not to. They chose to leave that option open.

Proposed UN Environmental Constitution For The World

Most people have no idea that the United Nations has been drafting an environmental constitution for the world that is intended to supersede all existing national laws. This document has a working title of “Draft International Covenant on Environment and Development” and you can read the entire thing right hereWork on this proposed world environmental constitution has been going on since 1995, and the fourth edition was issued to UN member states on September 22nd, 2010. This document is intended to become a permanent binding treaty and it would establish an incredibly repressive system of global governance. This “covenant”, as it is being called, claims authority over the entire global environment and everything that affects it.

Considering the fact that everything that we do affects the environment in some way, that would mean that this document would become the highest form of law for all human activity. This proposed UN environmental constitution for the world is incredibly detailed. The U.S. Constitution only has 7 articles, but the UN document has 79 articles. If the U.S. eventually ratifies this treaty, any national, state or local laws that conflict with this covenant will be null and void. This is potentially one of the greatest threats to our national sovereignty that we have ever seen and we need to warn the American people about it.

Essentially what this proposed environmental covenant does is it takes the sustainable development principles underlying Agenda 21 and turns them into global constitutional law. All parties to this new constitution would be forced to turn their nations into centrally-planned societies where all decisions about everything are evaluated within the framework of sustainable development.

If the United States became a party to this treaty, America would become a paradise for control freaks. Basic decisions about what you eat, about what you wear, about where you live, about how big a family you can have and about what activities you could engage in on a daily basis would be dictated by the mandates in the global constitution.

If you doubt this, just read the document. Those that try to claim that this is not a proposed constitution for the world are simply being delusional.  Article 71 even gives us detailed procedures for “amending” this constitution. If this document is not intended to be a constitution, then why does it have a “preamble” like the U.S. Constitution does, why is it organized into “articles” like the U.S. Constitution is, and why does it set forth procedures for “amending” the document like the U.S. Constitution does? And notice that the word “shall” is used constantly throughout the entire document. This proposed constitution does not contain “suggestions” that the authors hope will be followed. Rather, it contains commands which are intended to be obeyed. This document would establish a very repressive system of world governance. The global elite believe that we are not smart enough to think for ourselves and that they need to run the entire planet like a tightly-controlled prison in order to save the environment.

Agenda 21

Imprisonment

One out of every 100 people in the United States is imprisoned. Even though we are 5 percent of the world’s population, we have 25 percent of the prisoners in the world. We are number one in the world in the number of people we imprison – we even beat China. A normal reaction to this situation would be to try to reform our laws, our judicial system–including sentencing–our prison system and our society so that we would not have the disconcerting distinction of being the number-one jailer in the world.

Instead, in the past decade, there has been a movement to privatize more and more of our state and federal prisons to save money (which has not materialized) and ease overcrowding under the pressure of the courts. This has led to a wide world of influence peddling, self-dealing and lobbying while preying on a captured group of people to fill prison beds. Just as privatizing the logistics of war will encourage private war-service industries to lobby for a hot war or long occupation to keep their industries viable, there has emerged a group of prison industries, state and federal legislators, and other players who will continue to benefit from our disgraceful ranking as the world’s largest warden.

There are two very large and influential prison companies in the United States who are manipulating the system to make sure they have plenty of business: The GEO Group (formerly Wackenhut) and Corrections Corporation of America (CCA). This is an industry that needs misery, long sentences, rounded-up undocumented immigrants and increasing crime to flourish. In order to keep the prison beds filled, the GEO Group and others have paid out millions of dollars to lobbyists, federal and state legislators, and governors to allow our immigration problem to go unsolved, to make sure that no drugs are decriminalized and that an ineffective War on Drugs continues, and to make certain that long term prison sentences, like California’s three-strikes-and-you’re-imprisoned-for-life laws, keep a steady flow of revenue and profits flowing to their shareholders.

Justice statistics also show that 47.5 percent of drug arrests in 2007 were for marijuana offenses. Also, almost 60 percent of state prison inmates who are serving time for a drug offense had no history of violence or of any significant selling activity. The state and federal prison population increased 722 percent between 1970 and 2009, while as of 2010, GEO contracts with 13 states, the Federal Bureau of Prison, the U.S. Marshals Service, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. In 2010, 66 percent ($842 million) of GEO’s $1.27 billion in revenue was from U.S. corrections contracts. Of the $842 million in revenue, 47 percent came from corrections contracts with 11 states. The private prison industry demonstrated a signal preference for the Florida Republican Party, giving $783,494 compared to just $143,000 to the Florida Democratic Party.

President Obama’s appointed Director of the United States Marshals Service, Stacia Hylton, has strong ties to the private prison industry. In 2010, Hylton started a private prison consulting firm, called Hylton Kirk and Associates, while still working at the Department of Justice as the Federal Detention Trustee. Hylton had a long career within the US Marshals Service, went through the revolving door to cash in on the lucrative private prison business and then went back to the top job in the Marshals Service.

The Federal Government Monitors and Records All Cell Phone Calls

If you own a cell phone, you might as well kiss your privacy goodbye. Cell phone companies know more about us than most of us would ever dare to imagine. Your cell phone company is tracking everywhere that you go and it is making a record of everything that you do with your phone. Much worse, there is a good chance that your cell phone company has been selling this information to anyone that is willing to pay the price–including local law enforcement. In addition, it is an open secret that the federal government monitors and records all cell phone calls. The “private conversation” that you are having with a friend today will be kept in federal government databanks for many years to come. The truth is that by using a cell phone, you willingly make yourself a prisoner of a digital world where every move that you make and every conversation that you have is permanently recorded. But it is not just cell phone companies and government agencies that you have to worry about. As you will see at the end of this article, it is incredibly easy for any would-be stalker to hack you and track your every movement using your cell phone. In fact, many spyware programs allow hackers to listen to you through your cell phone even when your cell phone is turned off. Sadly, most cell phone users have absolutely no idea about any of this stuff.

The next time that you get a notice from your cell phone company about “changes” to the privacy policy, you might want to play close attention. Your cell phone company might be about to sell off your most personal information to anyone that is willing to write a big enough check.

All Your Privacy And All Your Stuff Belong To Us

The federal government claims that it can take away your constitutional rights any time that it wants to. Over the past several decades, there have been an endless parade of laws and executive orders that have been slowly and methodically carving up our rights under the U.S. Constitution. Most Americans are not even aware of the “creeping totalitarianism” that is happening. Most Americans just trust the “authorities” when they tell us that certain things “must be done” in order to keep us all safe. But even if we gave up all of our privacy, even if we gave up all of our liberties and our freedoms, and even if we gave the government all of our stuff they still would not be able to keep us safe. It is inevitable that evil people are going to do evil things, and if you are counting on the Obama administration to keep you safe then you are being delusional. Obama is not going to save us from anything. But Obama will gladly take away our rights and our freedoms if the American people allow him to. The Obama administration seems to have an endless lust for more power. Sadly, if we do give away our rights it will have some very serious consequences. If we freely give away all of the rights that we have been given under the U.S. Constitution it will be incredibly difficult to ever get them back. Giving up liberty for security never works, and if we want to be worthy of being called Americans then we need to start standing up for the republic that our forefathers worked so hard to build.

An executive order that Barack Obama signed the other day is making headlines all over the nation. The title of the executive order is “National Defense Resources Preparedness” and it is actually an update of a series of previous executive orders.

The original “National Defense Resources Preparedness” executive order (EO 8248) was issued back in 1939. This latest version is very similar to EO 12919 that was signed by Bill Clinton in June 1994. However, several very important changes have been made in this new version. For example, in Section 201(b) the words “under both emergency and non-emergency conditions” have been added. So now the federal government can take control of all food, all energy, all health resources, all transportation resources and “all other materials, services, and facilities” in the country even if the United States is not experiencing emergency conditions. Not that the Obama administration really needed to put that in there.  After all, the U.S. government has been operating under a constant state of national emergency since September 14, 2001. So the Obama administration did not really need to include a new excuse for taking control of everything. The existing “state of emergency” would probably work just fine.

If Barack Obama woke up one day and decided to exercise the powers in this executive order, he would be able to do pretty much anything that he wanted. This executive order would essentially allow Obama to declare a state of martial law in the United States even during a time when no emergency was happening. Section 201 of the executive orderallows the federal government to take control of….

Sec. 201.  Priorities and Allocations Authorities.  (a)  The authority of the President conferred by section 101 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071, to require acceptance and priority performance of contracts or orders (other than contracts of employment) to promote the national defense over performance of any other contracts or orders, and to allocate materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense, is delegated to the following agency heads:

(1)  the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and commercial fertilizer;

(2)  the Secretary of Energy with respect to all forms of energy;

(3)  the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to health resources;

(4)  the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation;

(5)  the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and

(6)  the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials.

The Obama administration also continues to make shocking claims regarding our privacy. According to the 4th Amendment, our homes are not supposed to be searched unless there is probably cause….

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

But according to CIA director David Petraeus, the American people are willingly bugging their own homes by choosing to use modern gadgets, and the CIA plans to use these technologies to spy on you.  Petraeus recently said the following about the “transformational” impact these new technologies will have on the ability of the CIA to spy on the American people…

“Items of interest will be located, identified, monitored, and remotely controlled through technologies such as radio-frequency identification, sensor networks, tiny embedded servers, and energy harvesters — all connected to the next-generation internet using abundant, low-cost, and high-power computing”

The kind of chips that Petraeus was referring to will soon be in nearly all new appliances.  As a recent Daily Mail article noted, we will soon see an “Internet of things” emerge where virtually every electronic device is connected to the Internet….

This week, one of the world’s biggest chip companies, ARM, has unveiled a new processor built to work inside ‘connected’ white goods. The ARM chips are smaller, lower-powered and far cheaper than previous processors – and designed to add the internet to almost every kind of electrical appliance. It’s a concept described as the ‘internet of things’. Futurists think that one day ‘connected’ devices will tell the internet where they are and what they are doing at all times – and will be mapped by computers as precisely as Google Maps charts the physical landscape now.

The FBI, the CIA, the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. military and the Federal Reserve are all using Facebook and Twitter to monitor the American people. If you post this article to Facebook and Twitter, multiple agencies of the federal government will have a record of it. In fact, the truth is that every single phone call, every single email, every single Facebook post and pretty much every other kind of electronic communication that you can imagine is monitored by intelligence agencies.  Don’t ever assume that anything you say on your phone or on the Internet is private. And now, even your ISP will be spying on you to make sure that you are not downloading any copyrighted material.

Yes, that is right. A clandestine deal coordinated by the Obama administration will go into effect on July 12th.  From a recent Raw Story article:

If you download potentially copyrighted software, videos or music, your Internet service provider (ISP) has been watching, and they’re coming for you.

Specifically, they’re coming for you on Thursday, July 12.

That’s the date when the nation’s largest ISPs will all voluntarily implement a new anti-piracy plan that will engage network operators in the largest digital spying scheme in history, and see some users’ bandwidth completely cut off until they sign an agreement saying they will not download copyrighted materials.

Word of the start date has been largely kept secret since ISPs announced their plans last June. The deal was brokered by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) and the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), and coordinated by the Obama Administration.

So be careful what you are doing on the Internet. Your ISP will be watching it all. Even local police departments are “pushing the envelope” when it comes to surveillance technology.  For example, the NYPD is working on technology that will be able to see a gun inside your clothes from a distance of 80 feet away….

The reason that the NYPD is so interested terahertz waves is that they pass through nonconductive materials like clothes, but can’t penetrate metal — like, say, the steel in a semi-automatic pistol. That means if you scan someone, you can look for spots where a person’s natural terahertz radiation is blocked, most likely by a metal object.

The benefits for police officers are obvious. They can essentially sit back in a specially-equipped van and scan anyone they suspect of carrying a gun from a safe distance. Right now it only works from three or four feet away, but department spokesman Paul J. Browne told the New York Times that the NYPD — in coordination with the Department of Defense — hopes to increase its range to 25 meters, or 82 feet.

Unfortunately, there are dozens of other new technologies like this.  For 14 more examples of how the government is watching us, check out this article. Most Americans assume that these technologies will only be used against “terrorists”, but that simply is not the case. For example, a man living in Burnsville, Minnesota was recently subjected to “electronic home monitoring” for not having the proper siding on his home….

A Burnsville man on his way to work was arrested and thrown in jail without bond, and then subjected to electronic home monitoring.

But it wasn’t for drugs or a DWI or some other major crime.

Burnsville city leaders say Mitch Faber’s dealings with the law all stem from his failure to properly put up siding on his house.

Yep, siding.

Sadly, the truth is that the United States is rapidly being turned into a high-tech Big Brother prison grid dominated by control freak bureaucrats who do not care about our liberties and freedoms.

Everything Is Spying On You

From dishwashers to light bulbs, so-called “smart homes” will allow industry and the government to spy ubiquitously on every aspect of your existence. It will soon be easier than ever before to keep tabs on the population since everything they use will be connected to the web, with total disregard for privacy considerations. The spooks won’t have to plant a bug in your home, you will be doing it for them. Soon you will have to live like a reclusive luddite if you hope to escape the new panopticon of surveillance that will be gratefully lapped up by the masses as a necessary sacrifice for convenience and cutting edge technology.

– Google has announced it will use the ambient background noise of a person’s environment, via their cell phone or computer microphone, to spy on their activities in order to direct targeted advertising at them.

– Microsoft X-Box Kinect games device has a video camera and a microphone that records speech. Microsoft has stated that users “should not expect any level of privacy concerning your use of the live communication features,” and the company “may access or disclose information about you, including the content of your communications.”

– The latest range of digital televisions also have a built-in HD camera, microphones and facial and speech recognition, which are all connected to the Internet. Companies like Samsung have failed to even craft a privacy policy that applies to the devices, meaning its open season on snooping and data harvesting.

– The modern LED “eco-friendly” light bulb is also a two-way communications device. Ceiling lights currently being installed in offices and government buildings “transmit data to specially equipped computers on desks below by flickering faster than the eye can see.”

– Outside street lights are also being changed to new “smart” versions so they can be used for “homeland security applications”. These devices are fitted with surveillance cameras, can broadcast government announcements, and also have the ability to record conversations.

– Smart meters, now set to become compulsory in many areas, wirelessly communicate with utility companies details about each home’s energy consumption, as well as emitting electromagnetic radiation. Health concerns have prompted some local authorities to allow residents to opt-out, but in other areas the meters are mandatory.

– Forget the government having to implant a chip in your forehead, the modern smart phone, owned by the vast majority of the population, does just as good a job. Five years ago we warned that the first incarnation of the iPhone contained a backdoor spyware module that allowed hackers or the government to conduct secret surveillance of the user. Cell phone surveillance is now ubiquitous. Google was also recently caught tracking the surfing habits of iPhone users via a code that disables the Safari browser’s privacy settings.

– Google’s attitude towards privacy also came under scrutiny when it was discovered that the company was spying on WiFi network data in violation of the Federal Wiretap Act as it gathered images for its Streetview program.

– The most obvious example of all is the Internet itself. ISPs have announced they will keep records of websites visited for at least 12 months, along with details of private communications. This figure is constantly increasing, with the FBI now pushing for ISPs to retain such information for years.

Since most people have already taken the decision to sacrifice their privacy for convenience, all of the technologies listed above will be used to spy on individuals and harvest data which will then be sold to big corporations. The vast majority simply do not care. Whether they will begin to care about the fact that they are broadcasting everything about their private lives and allowing governments and corporations to harvest that data when it actually begins to blowback on them in negative ways remains to be seen. Someemployers are now demanding Facebook passwords from their staff.

Why Does The Department Of Homeland Security Need 450 MILLION Hollow Point Bullets?

Somebody out there has decided that the Department of Homeland Security needs a whole lot of ammunition. Recently it was announced that ATK was awarded a contract to provide up to 450 MILLION hollow point bullets to the Department of Homeland Security over the next five years. What in the world is the DHS going to do with 450 million rounds? What possible event would ever require that much ammunition? If the United States was ever invaded, it would be the job of the U.S. military to defend the country, so that can’t be it. So what are all of those bullets for? Who does the Department of Homeland Security plan to be shooting at? According to the U.S. Census, there are only about 311 million people living in the entire country. So why does the Department of Homeland Security need 450 million rounds of ammunition? Either this is an incredible waste or there is something that the Department of Homeland Security is not telling us.

You could understand if the U.S. military was ordering ammunition in this quantity. When you fight wars you can go through ammunition very rapidly. But the Department of Homeland Security is only supposed to be shooting at people very rarely. It simply does not make sense that they would need so much ammunition.

KOOLAID OREILLY

Don’t say America wasn’t warned.

America has the highest incarceration rate and the largest total prison population in the entire world by a good margin. Congress and President Obama have declared war on Americans. The last time America was declared a military zone President Roosevelt authorized the internment of Americans with Executive Order 9066, issued February 19, 1942. Senator Graham has said that America is part of the battlefield, and as such, Americans can be captured, interrogated, and killed with no due process.

It should be obvious to anyone who can read the Constitution that indefinite detention without trial (just like assassination without trial — something else that Obama and his goons have no problem practicing and defending) is hideously and cruelly unconstitutional. It defecates upon both the words and the spirit of the document.

It is directly and completely in contravention to the Fifth Amendment:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

It is shameful that this law was proposed, it is shameful that any legislator would vote for it, and it is shameful that the President would sign it into law, albeit with a flimsy signing-statement claiming that he would not use the indefinite detention provision against American citizens. More shameful still is the fact that when this challenge was brought that the Obama administration tried to dismiss it on a technicality — they tried to make the case that because none of the plaintiffs were to be indefinitely detained that they could not challenge the law.

NDAA 2012 repeals the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th amendments to the Constitution. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land and declares our right to due process. No law shall supersede it. We have a right to our day in court with a jury of our peers.

Hard to believe but it’s happened. What’s more alarming is how quickly and smoothly it’s been pulled off, without an apparent whimper of protest. Or so they’ve led us to believe. In reality there’s been a huge outcry from several corners about the virtual annulment of the Bill of Rights. The media’s so air tight we’re not hearing a squeak. The outrageousness of this takeover is beyond comprehension. Mainstream America has virtually swallowed the ocean of sanitized lies and egregious omissions it’s been dealt. The US is now officially part of the New World Order, by default. That’s what’s daunting. Any possibility of an uprising by the many is almost past.

It is now obvious that the NDAA was written not to deal with terrorists or potential terrorists. After all, if the government has evidence that an individual or group is planning to commit a terrorist attack then they do not need an indefinite detention provision; all they need is to arrest such individuals and prove beyond reasonable doubt before a jury of their peers that a crime has been committed. That is how justice works — if the evidence exists you can bring a successful prosecution. After all if they do not have the evidence to prove that a group or individual was planning to commit an act of terrorism then they have no business arresting them or charging them with any offense. Suspects — lest we forget — are innocent until proven guilty.

These new powers have nothing to with combatting terrorism. If the government has no evidence that can stand up in a court of law it has no business detaining anyone. No, this new power grab has an entirely different target — writers, investigative journalists, bloggers, philosophers, dissidents, human rights activists, libertarians, free-thinkers, tax protestors, critics of fractional-reserve banking, whistleblowers — this power grab is about shutting-up and frightening critics of the U.S. government and the Obama administration.

The real agenda of the TSA has absolutely nothing to do with airport security (TSA security is a joke) and everything to do with “prisoner training” the public. It’s all about humiliation and dehumanization. It’s about teaching the slave citizens that they are animals to be ordered around by a bunch of lawless government tyrants who onlyimpersonate actual law enforcement officers TSA “officers” are not sworn officers in any way, and they have no law enforcement training.

Judge Napolitano How To Get Fired 1

Judge Napolitano How To Get Fired 2

We have clearly passed through the first “atmospheric” stage of approaching dictatorship, and have now entered the second — the open behavior of a dictatorship in the United States. It will never be announced on the evening news, and it is not likely to continue under an authoritarian leader in the mold of a Stalin, Hitler, or Mao. Likewise, it is not to say that Barack Obama is the first dictator of The United States, but rather is part of a continued expansion of executive power that is now so great that by all measures America can no longer be called a Land of the Free ruled by We the People. We stand no chance of reversing this forced march by false democracy until we understand where we are headed, who is leading us there, and for what purpose.

Attorney General Eric Holder, in attempting to justify the Obama administration’s policy of state-sponsored assassination, gave a speech explaining how the U.S. government can arbitrarily kill U.S. citizens on foreign soil, at Northwestern University law school in Chicago. He said that lethal force is legal under a Sept. 18, 2001, joint congressional resolution,” reports the Associated Press. The notion that the White House can target Americans for summary execution by merely claiming that they are associated with terrorism is chilling given the fact that Americans who engage in political activism or even banal behaviors have been characterized as potential terrorists by U.S. authorities.

The White House has asserted the right to carry out state-sponsored assassination anywhere in the world without having to provide any evidence or go through any legal process. The administration merely has to state that the target is a terrorist and it doesn’t matter whether they are an American citizen or not, as we saw in the case of American-born Anwar al-Awlaki and his son, who were both killed last year.

In December 2011, Obama administration lawyers reaffirmed their backing for state sponsored assassination, claiming that “U.S. citizens are legitimate military targets” and do not have the right to any legal protection against being marked for summary execution.

During a CBS 60 Minutes interview in January, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta revealed that Obama himself personally approves the policy to kill American citizens suspected of terrorism without trial on a case by case basis.

Five Washington state representatives have introduced legislation in an attempt to override provisions the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2012 that would allow for the indefinite detention of American citizens without trial. Reps. Jason Overstreet, Matt Shea, Vincent Buys, Cary Condotta, and David Taylor introduced HB 2759, the Washington State Preservation of Liberty Act this week. The legislation slams a provision in the NDAA that allows the U.S. government and the military to “indefinitely detain United States citizens and lawful resident aliens captured within the United States of America without charge until the end of hostilities.” The bill puts forth the case that the NDAA is blatantly unconstitutional and legislates for the indefinite detention of U.S. citizens without due process. “By taking a stand, Washington can join those heroic state officials who stood up against federal power to protect black citizens in the waning years of slavery.” Michael Maharrey, Communications Director for the Tenth Amendment Center said.Several other states, including Virginia and Tennessee are also considering legislation to nullify the NDAA provision.

MISS ME YET?

There is a conspiracy of silence about the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, otherwise known as the “Indefinite Detention Bill.” This treasonous violation of the rights of American citizens and all human beings on “Battlefield Earth” must be understood in the larger political and historical context of the American Deep State, which professor and author Peter Dale Scott says “refers to a parallel secret government, organized by the intelligence and security apparatus, financed by drugs, and engaging in illicit violence, to protect the status and interests of the military against threats from intellectuals, religious groups, and occasionally the constitutional government.” Although President Obama indicated in a signing statement attached to the bill that he would not use it to indefinitely detain American citizens without trial, it was the Obama administration itself which requested that the provision be worded so it would apply to US citizens.

The American Deep State has covertly created an indefinite detention regime in the United States based on acts of state terrorism and other forms of political violence such as assassinations. The false flag September 11 attacks in 2001 and the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963 stand as the pivotal historical events in the bureaucratic formation of the American Deep State and its total takeover of the American constitutional republic. Seen from this perspective, the NDAA is all part of the plan. Its swift passage by the Senate and White House is a clear indication that the American Deep State is preparing for big events, even bigger than 9/11. Since it is a creature that feeds on drama and violence, it will produce greater drama and violence.

A basic reading of the current political and economic situation suggests that the American Deep State is in the process of triggering various domestic and foreign crises, such as a war against Iran and an economic collapse, in order to consolidate more power and control at the executive level. A full-frontal attack on Iran by the American Deep State and the Israeli Deep State would quickly develop into a global state of emergency, which will be used by the traitors in Washington to implement their global authoritarian agenda and exercise their unchecked power against awakened American citizens more openly.

The President Who Killed Rothschild Banking Schemes : Andrew & Roosevelt And The Presidents Murdered By Rothschild ~ Lincoln, Garfield, & Kennedy!

Murder and mystery are in the DNA of the American Deep State. Since the death of JFK, it has silently suffocated the American Dream in the long night of amnesia, during whichthe American people were put in a state of deep sleep by the mind manipulators in the CIA and mainstream media. What has existed under the American Deep State is a psychic dictatorship. The real war is a psychic one. The real war is on consciousness. The psychic dictatorship is cracking. As a result, the American Deep State is forced to bring into being a military dictatorship in America, and that is where the indefinite detention bill comes into the bigger picture.

The manipulators of the public mind have been able to suppress public knowledge of its crimes by its Stalinist control of the mainstream media. But they are increasingly unable to twist the meaning of events and pass off political fiction as historical truth to the American people and the world because of the downfall of the global mainstream media and the rise of reality on the Internet. Unlike before, the majority of the American people are politically awake and profoundly distrustful of the federal government and the political leaders of both parties. Naturally, this crisis of confidence means that Washington’s political crisis is not far away. The political crisis in Washington can no longer be suppressed and kept hidden from the American people and the world.

Internet Privacy

The Internet is rapidly being transformed into a Big Brother control grid where privacy rights are being systematically strangled to death. The control freaks that run things have become absolutely obsessed with watching, tracking, monitoring and recording virtually everything that you do on the Internet. One thing that you can count on is that nothing you do on the Internet will ever be private again. In fact, if you are obsessed with privacy then the last place you want to be is on the Internet. Most Americans have absolutely no idea how far Internet surveillance has advanced in the past few years. At this point, it would be hard to imagine any place less private than the Internet. Do not ever put anything on the Internet that you would not want the authorities or your employer to hold you accountable for. Basically, the Internet is creating a permanent dossier on each one of us,and we contribute to this process by freely posting gigantic volumes of information about ourselves on social media websites such as Facebook and Twitter. The Internet is the greatest tool for mass communication that the world has perhaps ever seen, and it gives average citizens the ability to communicate with each other like never before, but there is also a downside to using the Internet. Everything that we do on the Internet is being watched, monitored and recorded and there is no longer any such thing as Internet privacy. If you think that you still have any privacy on the Internet, then you are either ignorant of what is going on or you are being delusional.

This information may save you or someone you love, a lot of greif and disappointment in the future. They don’t teach this to you in school:

19 signs that America has become a crazy control-freak nation where almost everything is illegal

#1 One California town is actually considering making it illegal to smoke in your own backyard.

#2 In Louisiana, a church was recently ordered to stop giving out water because it did not have a permit to do so.

#3 In the United States it is illegal to operate a train that does not have an “F” painted on the front. Apparently without that “F” we all might not know where the front of the train is.

#4 In many U.S. states is it now illegal to collect rain that falls from the sky on to your own property.

#5 In America today it is illegal to milk your cow and sell the milk to your neighbor. If you do this, there is a good chance that federal agents will raid your home at the crack of dawn.

#6 In Washington D.C. it is illegal not to recycle cat litter.

#7 It is illegal to give a tour of the monuments in Washington D.C. without a license.

#8 In the United States it is illegal to sell natural cures for cancer – even if they work.

#9 In the state of Massachusetts it is illegal to deface a milk carton.

#10 In the state of Alabama, bear wrestling is completely illegal.

#11 In Fairbanks, Alaska it is illegal to give alcoholic beverages to a moose.

#12 In Lake Elmo, Minnesota it is illegal to sell pumpkins or Christmas trees that are grown outside city limits.

#13 There is a federal law that makes it illegal to be “annoying” on the Internet.

#14 If you register with a false name on MySpace or Facebook you could potentially “spend five years in federal prison“.

#15 In Hazelwood, Missouri it is illegal for little girls to sell girl scout cookies in the front yards of their own homes.

#16 All over the United States lemonade stands run by children are being shut down because they do not have the proper permits.

#17 In Florida, it is illegal to bring a plastic butter knife to school.

#18 In San Juan Capistrano, California it is illegal to hold a home Bible study without a “conditional use permit“.

#19 In the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania it is illegal to make even a single dollar from a blog unless you buy a $300 business license.

Sadly, this list of crazy laws and ridiculous regulations could be thousands long. We are a nation run by a bunch of control freaks that do not care about our liberties and our freedoms.

Clergy Response Teams

Clergy Response Teams

Clergy Response Teams are being trained by the federal government to “quell dissent” and pacify citizens to obey the government in the event of a declaration of martial law. There is a nationwide FEMA program which is training Pastors and other religious representatives to become secret police enforcers who teach their congregations to “obey the government” in preparation for the implementation of martial law, property and firearm seizures, mass vaccination programs and forced relocation.

The first directive was for Pastors to preach to their congregations Romans 13, the often taken out of context bible passage that was used by Hitler to hoodwink Christians into supporting him, in order to teach them to “obey the government” when martial law is declared. It was stressed that the Pastors needed to preach subservience to the authorities ahead of time in preparation for the round-ups and to make it clear to the congregation that “this is for their own good.” Pastors were told that they would be backed up by law enforcement in controlling uncooperative individuals and that they would even lead SWAT teams in attempting to quell resistance.

Phony Christian leaders are brainwashing their congregations to accept the premise that the totalitarian police state is “of the Lord” and that they should get on their knees and lick jackboots while the round-ups take place as citizens are processed into quarantine zones and detention camps by the National Guard and U.S. troops returning from Iraq.

This Started A Long Time Ago

The worldwide military expenditures for 2011 sum up as much as $2,157,172,000,000 (over $2,15 trillion). The human mind cannot really grasp such a large amount of money.USA alone spent the record sum of $741.2 billion in 2011 for waging wars and producing new weapons, while in 2010, the US military expenditures reached $683.7 billion. The US defense budget for 2012 will exceed $1 trillion and is expected to reach as high as $1,415 trillion!!! In January 2012, President Obama promised that USA’s defense budget will grow slowly but steadily in the following 10 years.

Obama: the Most Pro-War President in History

Barack Obama is fighting wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan and Libya, and now wants to invade Iran and Syria. He is spending more on the US military than any previous president. If he serves for eight years as president, he will spend over $8 trillion on defense, including the hidden costs of the war economy. Fifty per cent of all US tax dollars is spent on the US military. The United States spends more on the military than the next 12 nations combined.

A record crowd turned out for Barack Obama’s inauguration, Washington had the largest number of security people ever assembled in the nation’s capital. The U.S. Secret Service oversaw a security force of more than 40,000 people, including 7,500 active duty soldiers, 10,000 National Guard troops and 25,000 law-enforcement officers. That surpasses the 31,000 troops serving in Afghanistan.

Warmongers who want war with Iran are very persistent. The flow of pro-war sentiments and arguments in recent weeks, here and in Israel, is similar to the Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld-Rice-Powell lying propaganda campaign leading up to the unprovoked U.S. attack on Iraq. This flow is heavy and is designed to create public support for a war of aggression on Iran.

John McCain Declares War On American Citizens

The military occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan was a test run for what’s coming: The Military Occupation of America.

The drones, the battle-tested troops, the high-tech gadgets, the trigger-happy mercenaries, will all be used against the American people. Farms, houses, families, dreams, will all be destroyed. The ruling financial raiders will take no prisoners alive. The banksters in Washington and London have pillaged America for a century and brainwashed its outstanding military to pillage and burn the rest of the world. Now the time has come to burn America down. They want America to be consumed by the fires of hell. And the banksters plan on using the same military to burn down America that burned down Germany, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, and many other nations that opposed the diseased and satanic Western banksters. All those nations were sacrificed and conquered by the banksters on their hidden road to world government. In this decade, America has to be sacrificed for their kleptocratic world government to finally rise from the shadows of history.

The grand conspiracy to destroy America can no longer be dismissed and ridiculed as a conspiracy theory thought up by paranoid freaks. Time has proved the “conspiracy theorists” and “truthers” right. The global psychopathic banksters and their political mercenaries in Washington are making it clear to all who can see that they want America to collapse and die. If they have their way the American people will be militarily occupied, fired upon by brainwashed thugs, illegally imprisoned, tortured, harassed at checkpoints, raided at gunpoint, humiliated, stripped of their freedom and dignity, and massacred.

Oklahoma City

Most members of the mainstream news media consider the investigation into the Oklahoma City Bombing closed and have, for the most part, stopped writing about it. But the final chapter about the bombing is yet to be written.

A body of compelling evidence proves that Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols did not act alone. The F.B.I. finally released 20 secret, long-held security camera tapes of the deadly 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, after a Freedom of Information Act request from Utah attorney Jesse Trentadue. The disturbing, soundless images don’t show the actual bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, on 9:02 a.m. April 19, 1995, but do provide images of the chaos, minutes after the bombing, captured from security tapes of nearby buildings. Long-secret security tapes showing the chaos immediately after the 1995 bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building are blank in the minutes before the blast and appear to have been edited, an attorney who obtained the recordings said Sunday [9/27/2009]. A journalist who has uncovered evidence of al-Qaeda involvement in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and the 1996 crash of TWA Flight 800 has been threatened with a lawsuit by powerful U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald. Government officials blamed the crash of TWA Flight 800, which killed 230 people, on a mysterious mechanical malfunction, while the Oklahoma City bombing, which killed 168, was quickly labeled the work of domestic “right-wing” terrorists. Accuracy in Media has long maintained that Clinton Administration officials concealed the truth about both incidents.

A two-year congressional inquiry into the Oklahoma City bombing concludes that the FBI failed to fully investigate information suggesting other suspects may have helped Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols with the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, allowing questions to linger more than a decade after the deadly attack, a congressional inquiry concluded. The OKC bombing was a failed federal sting operation that was, and still is, being covered up by federal officials and bureaucrats. There were eight federal agents who died in the building. Officials had prior warnings from domestic and Islamic terror groups and foreign governments including West Germany and Israel. But the officials also had their own prior warnings because of intelligence they had gathered from informants and provocateurs that U.S. government agencies had planted within the groups responsible for carrying out the OKC bombing. The government officials and agents involved are criminally and civilly liable because they did not have adequate fail-safes built in to warn the public or preempt the OKC bombing if things got out of control.

The US attorneys office in New York that prosecuted the 1993 WTC bombing case said that on the lists of conspirators prepared by US attorney Andrew McCarthy for the 1993 WTC bombing, there are many of the same men also who are prime suspects in the OKC bombing, namely, Samir Khalil and his brother Akmed Yousef, Ali Mohammad, Menepta, Anis and Asad Siddiqy, and Mohammed Chafti.

ROTHSCHILD’S BANKING CABAL

9/11

In the decade that followed the 9/11 attacks, Washington’s campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan were aimed at ridding the world of terror. Ten years later, do people feel any safer? The 10th anniversary of the deadly September 11 attacks – currently being commemorated in the US with shared moments of remembrance, memorial services, exhibitions and evenings of music and poetry – evokes a storm of feelings not only in US, but thousands of miles away from Ground Zero and American shores.

In recent years the global war on terror – that merciless “guillotine of the post-industrial world” has chopped off thousands of innocent heads, out of which probably only one in a hundred was the head of a real terrorist or sympathizer – be it Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan. Guantanamo, Abu-Ghraib and CIA secret prisons in Europe with water-boarding and other sophisticated torture techniques showed where wishful thinking can bring the world. Meantime, the global War on Terror after September11 – which complicated the daily lives of millions, starting from the most innocuous things, like long and sometimes humiliating airport security checks and ordeals in obtaining visas to wiretapping and secret services jeopardizing personal freedoms – has turned into chasing shadows.

At the very start there was a belief that to defeat global terror the world community had to come to Afghanistan, topple the Taliban regime and hunt Osama Bin Laden in the mountains and caves of Tora Bora. Then, two years later, we were all told that it is Iraq which has to be cleansed to make the world safer, as Iraq’s then-leader Saddam Hussein could eventually have shared his weapons of mass destruction with presumed international terrorists. The Taliban regime was toppled, along with the regime of Saddam Hussein. Then came CIA drone attacks on Pakistani territory, while the US and NATO-led operation in Afghanistan got other momentum. Another big war in Iran, while looming heavily, was luckily avoided, but how many loud statements were made, how many “confidential reports” unveiled, calling to prevent the spread of international terrorism by attacking Iran?

The war on terror will go down in history as the ultimate pretext for whatever the United States government wants to do. We see Guantanamo still open, the occupation forces in Iraq are being continued under Obama, the number of American troops doubled and tripled in Afghanistan, there is a war in Libya and thousands have died because of the increasing attacks in Pakistan. What we see now is an institutionalization of everything that started before 9/11 but accelerated – the tendency towards militarism, war, occupation, intervention, tortures, blackhole prisons. All of these have become institutionalized, in spite of whoever is at the White House and it doesn’t matter now if it is a Democrat or a Republican.

An underreported toll of 9/11 are the poor souls of those who marched off to defend the Republic, only to find that they’ve been fighting, and killing, and watching friends all around them lose life and limb over lies and empire. That kind of awakening can crush the human spirit.

Rumsfeld and others told us stories, lies, and made-up nightmare scenarios to justify their wars, then those who marched off to war found themselves escorting Taliban commanders off to Pakistan, guarding poppy fields in Afghanistan, strafing civilians in Iraq, etc. Imagine the toll that must have on the human spirit. Imagine signing up to fight for Freedom and Justice, and then discovering the truth. It’s hard to conceive what these men and woman are going through. Most of them are stressed out due to repeated deployment and lack of support when they do come home from war.

Soldiers who are sent to war are more prone to high-risk behavior, a factor that army leaders seem to take for granted. Soldiers are often given a very short time to prepare for their next deployment not giving them the chance to take a breather from the previous period that they were in a war. Suicide and drug use have been steadily increasing among the ranks, a problem perceived to be a lot more dangerous than the enemies that they face in war.

The suicide rate among soldiers has been steadily increasing since 2004 and in 2008, it was way higher among soldiers than among civilians. Prescription drugs use also tripled in the last five years, with amphetamine drug use doubling from 2006 to 2009. This translates to one third of the total soldier population on at least one prescription drug and that 14% have been taking strong painkillers.

The use of drugs among soldiers is rising. Official Ministry of Defense statistics indicate that the use of cocaine among service personnel has tripled since the beginning of the war in Iraq in 2003. In total, more than 1,500 have tested positive since the start of 2006 in the MoD’s random drugs testing programme – 80% of them for class A drugs.

In 2006 alone, 769 members of the Army tested positive compared to 518 in 2003 – a 48% increase. Cocaine accounted for more than half the failed tests – 423 – far ahead of cannabis (221) and ecstasy (95).

U.S. states have the legal right to secede from the union. U.S. courts have proven time and time again that they will incorrectly interpret the U.S. Constitution in order to protect the government’s destructive illegal actions while selectively ignoring provisions that protect American’s rights. The U.S. is addicted to waging illegal wars against countries like Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and soon to be Syria. The U.S. is also addicted to money printing, in large part to pay for its illegal wars. These dangerous addictions are unconstitutional, because the U.S. Constitution said wars must be approved by Congress and only gold and silver shall be used as legal tender. The act of secession is a very powerful tool that should only be used during times in which the Federal Government’s actions threaten the freedom and liberty of the citizens they swore to protect. Secession is legal and constitutional because without it there is nothing to keep the Federal Government in check and force them to rein in out of control deficit spending that threatens our very existence as a sovereign nation.

Rise Of FEMA

You may not believe it, but you’re likely a terror suspect in America’s new paradigm of the Land of the Fear. The government is casting a wide net over its citizens in its search for potential threats. Now, you don’t need to actually commit a crime to be hauled away to a detention center and held without charges while you are tortured; you just need to appear suspicious by sympathizing with anti-government views to be labeled a domestic terrorist. The ACLU reports that a person is a domestic terrorist if they engage in any “act dangerous to human life” that “appears to be intended to (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping.” Although recent White House action plans claim to be targeting “violent extremism in all its forms,” the government itself is clearly guilty of countless “acts dangerous to human life intended to coerce the civilian population, to influence the policy, and to affect the conduct of a government.”

If you sympathize with those who are angry about bank bailouts on the backs of taxpayers, you’re likely a terrorist in the eyes of the State. The United Kingdom has officially labeled “Occupy” demonstrators as domestic terrorists. The U.S. hasn’t gone quite that far, but the violent Police State did spy them in search of “domestic terrorists.” Watch out,you may be a terror suspect if you sympathize with the 99%. According te DHS, if you’re texting while sitting in a public park, but trying to keep it concealed from people who pass by, you should be reported for suspicious terrorist activity. In the U.S., if you don’t agree with the violence and coercion America commits, then you’re an anti-American terrorist sympathizer, as evidenced by peace organizations being added to terror watch lists. Obama’s Information Czar, Cass Sunstein, has identified those who hold conspiracy theories as targets for online “cognitive infiltration.” Do you question the motives for war? Question the motives of the private Federal Reserve bank? Question any government policies? Chance are you already have been marked as a suspect.

Despite the fact that the Federal Reserve paper note (a.k.a the dollar) is only sustained by faith, you could now be a suspected terrorist if you would like to preserve your wealth with something that holds real value like precious metals. The bonus round for being registered as a potential terrorist is owning guns and ammo. If you disagree with the American government colluding with international banks to rob you blind AND you’ve armed yourself? This also why returning veterans have also been labeled potential terrorists –they have guns, know how to use them, and may be angry about the lies that sent them to war.

The Department of Justice and FBI considers you a terrorist threat if you have more than 7 days of food stored. And recently, Federal agents went to food storage facilities demanding customers lists, while citizens were harassed by the government with door-to-door “assessments” of their preparedness. Also if someone is missing a finger or has burn marks, they’re more likely to be a terror suspect. If you’re buying night-vision devices including flashlights, you should be considered a terror suspect.Watch out if you want to pay with cash for hotel rooms.

A 2009 law enforcement report from the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) labeled Ron Paul supporters, Libertarians, and people sharing movies about the Federal Reserve as “domestic terrorists.” When supporters of a political candidate who stands for peace and freedom become terror suspects, America is in big trouble. Obama’s Information Czar, Cass Sunstein, has identified those who hold conspiracy theories as targets for online “cognitive infiltration.”

Do you question the motives for war? Question the motives of the private Federal Reserve bank? Question any government policies? Chance are you already have been marked as a suspect. As it has now been revealed, US Attorney General Eric Holder’s Fast and Furious scandal was done with a premeditated strategy to vilify the Second Amendment to the nation’s Constitution.

Wait — actively planning to undermine the founding document of the country and plot criminal activity against citizens to spread fear and increase political power is a conspiracy and should be considered under the definition of terrorism. It’s only a theory if there’s no evidence to prove it.

America and the world is being held hostage by criminal banksters on Wall Street and psychopathic state terrorists in Washington and Israel so anything can happen. Remember Waco. Remember 9/11. Americans mean nothing to the globalist traitors in Washington. Another false flag terrorist attack in America is a given. The maniacs in charge of Washington will sacrifice and destroy the people of all lands and all cultures. The illegal and illegitimate war on terror will be increasingly fought on American soil, where it originally began on September 11, 2001, when the shadow terrorists in the CIA and Mossad killed three thousand Americans in cold blood. The shadow terrorists in the CIA and Mossad are not only waging war against Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Iran, and Pakistan, they are also waging war against America and Western freedom.

MCCAIN’S

National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)

Congress just passed, and the President just signed, a bill that gives legal authority to the President to kidnap and perpetually imprison persons, including American citizens, without the benefit of due process. Members of Congress, in the days leading up to the vote, tried to assure their constituents that they have nothing to fear — that the bill doesn’t apply to Americans. Some were lying. Most were deceived.

“The language which precluded the application of Section 1031 to American citizens was in the bill that we originally approved…and the administration asked us to remove the language which says that U.S. citizens and lawful residents would not be subject to this section,” said Levin, Chairman of the Armed Services Committee. “It was the administration that asked us to remove the very language which we had in the bill which passed the committee…we removed it at the request of the administration,” said Levine, emphasizing, “It was the administration which asked us to remove the very language the absence of which is now objected to.”

Section 1031 of the NDAA bill, which itself defines the entirety of the United States as a “battlefield,” allows American citizens to be snatched from the streets, carted off to a foreign detention camp and held indefinitely without trial. The bill states that “any person who has committed a belligerent act” faces indefinite detention, but no trial or evidence has to be presented, the White House merely needs to make the accusation. An amendment introduced by Democratic Senator Feinstein, described as “cleverly worded nonsense” by Congressman Justin Amash, does not protect Americans from being subject to the provision.

Under Article I, Section 8, Clause 15 of the Constitution, the National Guard – considered a state militia – is authorized to “execute the laws of the Union and suppress Insurrections and repel Invasion.” The Constitution says nothing about dispatching the military to fight domestic crime, a task usually undertaken by local law enforcement.Since the National Defense Act (or Militia Act) of 1903the federal government has worked to absorb the National Guard and take control of it away from the states. In 2007, theJohn Warner Defense Authorization Act moved to remove state governors as sole commanders in chief of their state’s National Guard during emergencies within the state. On December 18, presidential candidate Ron Paul warned that the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) passed recently by the House and now under consideration in the Senate will be used by the government to implement martial law. The bill would allow the military to detain Americans and prevent them from exercising their right to due process under the Sixth Amendment.

Deploying federally controlled troops in post-Katrina New Orleans is another attempt to circumvent Posse Comitatus and acclimate citizens to the presence of armed troops on the streets. In August of 2005, New Orleans served as a beta test for FEMA command and control over state and local jurisdiction and autonomy. It was also used for gun confiscation. FEMA,is primarily concerned with “civil disturbance” and martial law, not disaster relief. “This should be the biggest news going right now,” Ron Paul told Alex Jones as the House prepared to pass the NDAA bill. “It is literally legalizing martial law.” He pointed out that the NDAA’s violations of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are remarkably not even discussed in the GOP presidential “debates” conducted by the establishment media.

The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 strictly forbids federal troops from being deployed on American soil for the purpose of law enforcement. The one exception is provided by the Insurrection Act of 1807, which lets the president use the military only for the purpose of preventing rebellions. This is not the case in New Orleans. With the passage of the NDAA, the federal government will likely use the National Guard in any effort to round-up and intern U.S. citizens. The federal government nullified this important firewall when it equated natural disaster – and epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident – with insurrection. It did this by modifying the Insurrection Act – not by constitutional amendment, but by passing legislation that violates the original intent of Article I, Section 8, Clause 15. State governors were outraged and sent a letter to Congress protesting the “dramatic expansion of federal authority during natural disasters that could cause confusion in the command-and-control of the National Guard and interfere with states’ ability to respond to natural disasters within their borders.”

Just in case there was any confusion. It’s official, the US Constitution is now, as Bush Jr. is reported to have once said, “Just a goddamn piece of paper.” Senators McCain and Levin have teamed up to promote one of the most anti-liberty pieces of legislation of our lifetime, S 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act. This bill would permit the federal government to indefinitely detain American citizens on American soil, without charge or trial, at the discretion of the President. It is destructive of our Constitution. The traitors in the Senate advanced the plot to destroy America by passing into controversial law the National Defense Authorization Act, a $662 billion Pentagon funding bill, December 1, 2011, by a vote of 93-7, after days of fights among lawmakers over terrorism-related provisions that would authorize indefinite detention without trial and give preference to military detention of terror suspects instead of the civilian justice system. Instead of civilian trials, suspects accused of being terrorists would face military commissions under the legislation, unless the defense secretary grants a waiver. The president’s claim that he can indefinitely detain prisoners – even after they are acquitted of their crimes – is a power that even Hitler and Stalin didn’t claim.

The legislation was approved by a 93-7 vote. Senators spent hours December 1, 2011 arguing over a provision that authorizes the indefinite detention without trial of some terror suspects, including American citizens. President Barack Obama has outlined plans to use indefinite detention and lawmakers in both parties sought to make clear such a tactic is legal. The President of the United States will continue to claim — and exercise — absolute arbitrary power over the life [the government has also claimed the power toassassinate American citizens without trial or even oversightand liberty of every person on earth. Not even Adolf Hitler or Josef Stalin at their most megalomaniacal ever dreamed of asserting the kind of universal power now asserted by American presidents and the lackeys in the United States Congress.

President Obama once said he would veto the Act recently passed by Congress which allows for the military to arrest American Citizens and detain them indefinitely without trial. We later learned that the Obama Administration specifically asked for this clause in the recent defense bill. Pres. Obama and many Members of Congress believe the President ALREADY has the authority the bill grants him. Legally, of course, he does not. This language was inserted to keep proponents and opponents of the bill appeased, while permitting the President to assert that the improper power he has claimed all along is now in statute. Don’t be confused by anyone claiming that the indefinite detention legislation does not apply to American citizens. It does. There is an exemption for American citizens from the mandatory detention requirement (section 1032 of the bill), but no exemption for American citizens from the authorization to use the military to indefinitely detain people without charge or trial (section 1031 of the bill). So, the result is that, under the bill, the military has the power to indefinitely imprison American citizens, but it does not have to use its power unless ordered to do so.

Obama’s veto threat was never about stopping detention without trial of American citizens, it was about ensuring that the federal government didn’t completely hand such powers over to the U.S. military, and enshrining into law Obama’s unconstitutional policy of targeting Americans as terrorists without the legal requirement to offer any proof. “The language which precluded the application of Section 1031 to American citizens was in the bill that we originally approved…and the administration asked us to remove the language which says that U.S. citizens and lawful residents would not be subject to this section,” said Carl Levin, Chairman of the Armed Services Committee. In addition to kidnapping Americans and tossing them into Camp Gitmo without recourse or trial, the draconian NDAA bill passed in the House December 14, 2011 contains language that will allow the Pentagon to wage cyberwar on domestic enemies of the state.

So now the hacker group Anonymous has begun a cyber campaign against the Congressmen that supported this end to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. On December 15, Anonymous hacktivists launched a campaign against Senator Robert Portman, a Republican from Ohio. Not only did Portland vote in favor of NDAA FY2012, he received $272,853 from special interest groups that also backed the bill.

Infowars.com received a document originating from Halliburton subsidiary KBR that provides details on a push to outfit FEMA and U.S. Army camps around the United States. Entitled “Project Overview and Anticipated Project Requirements,” the document describes services KBR is looking to farm out to subcontractors. The document was passed on to them by a state government employee who wishes to remain anonymous for obvious reasons. Services up for bid include catering, temporary fencing and barricades, laundry and medical services, power generation, refuse collection, and other services required for temporary “emergency environment” camps located in five regions of the United States.

First, Congress considered the National Defense Authorization Act, sections of which gave the President the authority to use the military to arrest and indefinitely detainAmericans without trial or charge. The language was revised because of strong condemnation from the American people. But now a new bill has emerged that poses yet another threat to the American citizenry.

Benedict Schumer

Enemy Expatriation Act

  1. Deadbeat New York Senator Charles Schumer: Covers For Deadbeat New York Mayor Bloomberg’s Expatriated Millions To Oversea Banks!

On the heels of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), otherwise known as the “Indefinite Detention Act,” comes another draconian bill designed to give the federal government the power to turn American citizens into enemies of the state for virtually any reason it deems necessary.

Congress is considering HR 3166 and S. 1698 also known as the Enemy Expatriation Act, sponsored by Joe Lieberman (I-CT) and Charles Dent (R-PA). This bill would give the US government the power to strip Americans of their citizenship without being convicted of being “hostile” against the United States. In other words, you can be stripped of your nationality for “engaging in, or purposefully and materially supporting, hostilities against the United States.” Legally, the term “hostilities” means any conflict subject to the laws of war but considering the fact that the War on Terror is a little ambiguous and encompassing, any action could be labeled as supporting terrorism. Since the Occupy movement began, the fake conservatives have been trying to paint the protesters as terrorists.

The new law would change a part of US Code 1481 which can be read in full here. Compare 3166 to 1481 and the change is small. The new section makes no reference to being convicted as it does in section (7). So even though the language of the NDAA has been revised to exclude American citizens, the US government merely has to strip Americans of their citizenship and the NDAA will apply. And they will be able to do so without convicting the accused in a court of law.

It sounds like this is a loophole for indefinitely detaining Americans. Once again, you just have to be accused of supporting hostilities which could be defined any way the government sees fit. Then the government can strip your citizenship and apply the indefinite detention section of the NDAA without the benefit of a trial. To read the full text of the bill, go here

Totalitarian regimes throughout history have attempted to marginalize those people that the state intended to target for persecution. Once a group or groups of people had been sufficiently marginalized, it wasn’t long before public condemnation and then military retaliation took place. Legislation such as the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, the NDAA, and now the EEA authorize military power to be used against US citizens, and given the propensity of government propagandists in the National Press Corps to marginalize groups of people whose ideas are thought to be politically incorrect, it’s only a matter of time before the executive branch of the federal government begins utilizing the dictatorial powers that have been granted to it by Congress. And, unfortunately, many State governments seem more than willing to participate in the Machiavellian machinations put forward by Washington, D.C. The MIAC report in the State of Missouri is a prime example.

Have we forgotten the MIAC report out of the State of Missouri back in 2009? In that official State report, supporters of Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and Chuck Baldwin were identified as potential dangerous “militia members,” and Missouri State law enforcement officials were notified to be on guard. Beyond that, anyone that identified themselves as being pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, anti-Federal Reserve, Christians who believe in the return of Christ, and even returning Iraq War veterans were likewise targeted as potentially dangerous to Missouri State law enforcement personnel.

After the MIAC report surfaced, Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and Chuck Baldwin sent a letter to the governor of Missouri demanding that the report be removed and that the State of Missouri repudiate the report. After a firestorm of outrage by thousands of Americans all over the country (not just in Missouri) the State of Missouri did indeed remove and repudiate the report.

Unmanned Drones

Ever since Congress passed the Patriot Act back in 2001, it seems the floodgates have been opened for more and more intrusions and abridgements of those fundamental liberties expressly protected in the Bill of Rights. From the Patriot Act, to the Military Commissions Act, to the NDAA (Indefinite Detention Act), and to now the Enemy Expatriation Act (EEA), these big government devils in Washington, D.C., are clearly and unmistakingly declaring war on the American people.

The House and Senate have recently voted for the passage of a bill (H.R. 658) that will allow the use of surveillance drones to spy on American citizens. But hold on… it gets worse. In addition to surveillance cameras, these drones will reportedly be equipped with shotgun tasers, so they can shoot and disable you right where you stand before you even know what’s coming!

Since unmanned drones have already been proven so effective in the summary executions of American citizens who were suspected of having connections to crimes of terror (one of whom was a teenager), and since all American citizens are now considered “guilty until proven innocent” under NDAA, what’s to stop them from arming drones with rockets or machine guns?

It might be easy to dismiss the concern of flying drones tasing or gunning down Americans in the streets as paranoid, knee-jerk alarmism, but it’s hard to tell what is these days. If someone had warned us about the Patriot Act or NDAA back in 2000, who’d have thought those things could never happen in America? And even if these drones are to be unarmed (which is doubtful), just the fact that another layer is being added to the Big-Brother surveillance grid should be enough to cause great concern.

And let us not forget general safety considerations. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has strict restrictions against domestic deployment of unmanned drones in U.S. air space for a good reason – the safety risk that comes with filling the sky with flying robots!

The bill would:

  • Require the FAA to simplify and speed up the process by which it issues permission to government agencies to operate drones. It must do this within 90 days. The FAA has already been working on a set of proposed regulations to loosen the rules around drones, reportedly set for release in the spring of 2012.
  • Require the FAA to allow “a government public safety agency” to operate any drone weighing 4.4 pounds or less as long as certain conditions are met (within line of sight, during the day, below 400 feet in altitude, and only in safe categories of airspace).
  • Require the FAA to establish a pilot project within six months to create six test zones for integrating drones “into the national airspace system.”
  • Require the FAA to create a comprehensive plan “to safely accelerate the integration of civil unmanned aircraft systems into the national airspace system.” “Civil” drones means those operated by the private sector; currently it is all but impossible for any non-government entity, except for hobbyists, to get permission to fly drones (for-profit use of drones is banned). Industry groups and their congressional supporters see this as a potential area for growth. Congress specifies that the plan must provide for the integration of drones into the national airspace system “as soon as practicable, but not later than September 30, 2015.” The FAA has nine months to create the plan. The FAA is also required to create a “5-year roadmap for the introduction” of civil drones into the national airspace.
  • Require the FAA to publish a final rule within 18 months after the comprehensive plan is submitted, “that will allow” civil operation of small (under 55 pounds) drones in the national airspace, and a proposed rule for carrying out the comprehensive plan.

7.1 Million Americans Already In Prison

National Socialism At Its Finest Moment

Massive Concentration Camps are already operational within the U.S.

Concentration Camps are springing up across the U.S. like a disease. Californian Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger sought $10.6 Billion to build MORE Concentration Camps in California alone, the Californian Legislature gave him $7.4 Billion! Some of these sprawling Concentration Camps such as the facility outside Lancaster in the desert above Los Angeles California, include all the workshops and facilities behind massive fences and guard towers, more ominous, right next to the adult slave labor camp are “medical facilities” also with massive razor wire fences which conjure chillingly similar thoughts and images to Hitler’s medical experimentation facilities. Also in the desert next to the all male Concentration Camp and Medical Facility is a “Youth Facility.”

Most are not aware that the primary share holders of ‘our’ Federal Reserve Bank, the Rothschild’s, also funded both Stalin and Hitler.Their goals and methodologies have not changed. These camps, like Hitler’s and Stalin’s camps are filled with political prisoners and slave labor. Why exactly are prisons being built for “the rapid development of new programs?” Halliburton’s company site confirms that the government is engaged in a massive construction and preparation exercise to build concentration camps and prisoner processing facilities in the United States. This is particularity astonishing and disturbing considering that the U.S. already incarcerates more orders of magnitude more people than any other nation, about on-par with U.S.S.R. at the height of Stalin’s era. The contract of the Halliburton subsidiary KBR to build immigrant detention facilities is part of a longer-term Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal the removal of “all removable aliens” and “potential terrorists.” In the 1980s Richard Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld discussed similar emergency detention powers as part of a super-secret program of planning for what was euphemistically called “Continuity of Government” (COG). These men planned for suspension of the Constitution, not just after nuclear attack, but for any “national security emergency,” which they vaguely defined in Executive Order 12656 of 1988.

The majority of prisoners in these camps have not committed any crime. The Law in the U.S. requires three elements to be present in any crime: the Act, Intent and Damage (MENS REA – willful intentACTUS REUS – act or crimeCORPUS DELICTI – body of the crime, the actual damage).  It is estimated that 90% of the people prosecuted by the courts in the U.S. committed no crime.

On February 17, 2006, in a speech to the Council on Foreign Relations, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld spoke of the harm being done to the country’s security, not just by the enemy, but also by what he called “news informers” who needed to be combated in “a contest of wills.” In 2002 Attorney General John Ashcroft announced his desire to seecamps for U.S. citizens deemed to be “enemy combatants.” A Defense Department document, entitled the “Strategy for Homeland Defense and Civil Supp.ort,” has set out a military strategy against terrorism that envisions an “active, layered defense” both inside and outside U.S. territory. In the document, the Pentagon pledges to “transform U.S. military forces to execute homeland defense missions in the . . . U.S. homeland.” The strategy calls for increased military reconnaissance and surveillance.

While the U.S. points it’s finger at China for slave labor, the prisons in the U.S. operate slave labor camps that produce 100% Military Helmets, Ammunition Belts, Bullet-proof Vests, ID Tags, Shirts, Pants, Tents, Bags, And Canteens. 98% Equipment Assembly Services; 93% Paints and Paintbrushes; 92% Stove Assembly; 46% Body Armor; 36% Home Appliances; 30% Headphones/Microphones/Speakers; 21% Office Furniture, Airplane Parts, Medical Supplies. See Federal Prison Industry website http://www.unicor.gov  The individuals operating these Concentration Camps at all levels, Federal, State and County, make a pretty profit from the facilities. Many privatized institutions charge the Tax Payer five-star ‘hotel’ rates for minus-five-star service. When you throw in their slave labor capabilities the Prison Industrial Complex in the U.S. is a thriving industry, just like Hitler’s was.

While the existing Camps throughout the US are known and operational, there are many more concerning facilities that appear to be set aside for FEMA camps. The Halliburtoncontract clearly allows any FIMA / Homeland Security facility or Military Base to be rapidly converted into a Concentration Camp. See Army Regulation 210–35 Civilian Inmate Labor Program: Confirming the government and the Army’s plans for U.S. based Concentration Camps:

Military Commissions Act

The enactment of concentration camps in the U.S. and the ability of the President to throw whoever he wants in the camps without question.  This act is one of the most extraordinarily outrageous attempts to pass unconstitutional law and is greatest assault on the U.S. Constitution imaginable.  All involved in the commission of this unlawful act have committed high treason against the U.S.A. and should immediately be prosecuted. In yet another astonishingly treasonous act the U.S. administration has eliminated yet another key check to control out of control government, the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act. The  Posse Comitatus Act which abolished the use of the U.S. military against our own citizens since 1878 has also been wiped out.  This act which protected citizens through WWI, WWII, the Vietnam War, the Korean War and the Great Depression is considered by the current administration as unnecessary and a hindrance to the government’s ability to prosecute inside the U.S.  This is particularly chilling read more at this link:

Military vs. Citizens

See March 24, 1997, letter from Congressman Bill Hefner confirming the U.S. Concentration Camps:

“Enclosed is the information you requested pertaining to the Army’s policy and guidance for establishing civilian inmate labor program and civilian prison camps on Army installations. This information has not yet been published (it is currently at the printers), however, it has been funded, staffed, and does reflect current Army policy. I home you find this information useful.”

Concentration Camp Rail Car

FEMA ordered 107,200 ‘AutoMax’ prison cars from Gunderson Steel modified from original FEMA design to carry automobiles. They apparently wanted people to become accustomed to seeing these railcars so they would just think they were hauling autos.

Temporary Prison Construction Modules

Following the Halliburton subsidiary KBR (formerly Kellogg Brown and Root) announcement on Jan. 24 that it had been awarded a $385 million contingency contract by the Department of Homeland Security to build detention camps, two weeks later, on Feb. 6, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff announced that the Fiscal Year 2007 federal budget would allocate over $400 million to add 6,700 additional detention beds (an increase of 32 percent over 2006. What is interesting in the Homeland Security plan is that each concrete prison bed costs $60,000 per bed! Observing these concentration camps and general jail and prison facilities throughout the U.S., the Homeland Security plan is clearly buffered to build significantly more than 6,700 additional beds.

The Homeland Security $400 million allocation is more than a four-fold increase over the FY 2006 budget, which provided $90 million for the same purpose. Both the contract and the budget allocation are in partial fulfillment of an ambitious 10-year Homeland Security strategic plan, code-named ENDGAME, authorized in 2003. According to a 49-page Homeland Security document on the plan, ENDGAME expands “a mission first articulated in the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798.” Its goal is the capability to “remove all removable aliens,” including “illegal economic migrants, aliens who have committed criminal acts, asylum-seekers (required to be retained by law) or potential terrorists.” The government’s definition of an enemy combatant covers almost any individual who promotes the rudimentary rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

Readiness Exercise 1984 – Rex 84 Rex 84 is a United States federal government program to test their ability to detain large numbers of American citizens. Exercises similar to Rex 84 happen periodically. From 1967 to 1971 the FBI kept a list of persons to be rounded up as subversive, dubbed the “ADEX” list.

Texas Congressman Henry Gonzales revealed many years ago plans of Rex 84 which former colonel Olliver North helped design. The late Representative Jack Brooks also of Texas brought this concentration camp and internment program as well as the Continuity of Government Program to light during the Iran Contra hearing. The chairman refused to let North even talk about them in open hearings under “National Security.” Mr. Gonzales stated these camps and plans were for the detention of AMERICANS, especially those who refused to surrender their weapons.

The Rex-84 Alpha Explan (Readiness Exercise 1984, Exercise Plan), indicates that FEMA in association with 34 other federal civil departments and agencies conducted a civil readiness exercise during April 5-13, 1984. It was conducted in coordination and simultaneously with a Joint Chiefs exercise, Night Train 84, a worldwide military command post exercise (including Continental U.S. Forces or CONUS) based on multi-emergency scenarios operating both abroad and at home. In the combined exercise, Rex-84 Bravo, FEMA and DOD led the other federal agencies and departments, including the CIA, the Secret Service, the Treasury, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Veterans Administration through a gaming exercise to test military assistance in civil defense.

Internment Camp Services Bid Arrives After NDAA

KBR’s call for FEMA camp service bids arrived soon after the Senate overwhelmingly passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which permits the military to detain and interrogate supposed domestic terror suspects in violation of the Fourth Amendment and Posse Comitatus. Section 1031 of the NDAA bill declares the whole of the United States as a “battlefield” and allows American citizens to be arrested on U.S. soil and incarcerated in Guantanamo Bay. A number of civil liberties groups have come out in strong opposition to the legislation. The NDAA is the first time that Congress has scaled back on the protections provided by the Non-Detention Act of 1971. The legislation, if enacted and put into use, would be reminiscent of the unconstitutional indefinite detention of Japanese Americans during World War II.

Soon after KBR’s announcement, a little-known Army document surfaced. Entitled the “Civilian Inmate Labor Program,” the unclassified document describes in detail Army Regulation 210-35. The regulation, first drafted in 1997, underwent a “rapid act revision” in January 2005 and now provides a policy for the creation of labor programs and prison camps on Army installations. In 2009, the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 was introduced in Congress. It mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill. In addition to emergencies, the legislation is designed to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse. Also in 2009, the Army National Guard began posting advertisements calling for Internment/Resettlement Specialists.

  1. We The People Blocking The Corrupted Federal Government: Infringing Upon Our’ Freedom Of Speech, Religion, Assembly, Privacy, & Rights To Counsel.

Precursor: Rex 84 Mass Detention Operation

Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was established under the pretext of a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossing the Mexican/US border, the same pretense used in the language of the KBR request for services. During the Iran-Contra hearings in 1987, however, it was revealed that the program was a secretive “scenario and drill” developed by the federal government to suspend the Constitution, declare martial law, assign military commanders to take over state and local governments, and detain large numbers of American citizens determined by the government to be “national security threats.” Rex 84 was devised by Col. Oliver North, who was with the NSC and appointed liaison to FEMA. John Brinkerhoff, the deputy director of “national preparedness” programs for FEMA, and North designed the plan on a 1970 report written by FEMA chief Louis Giuffrida, at the Army War College, which proposed the detention of up to 21 million “American Negroes” in the event of a black militant uprising in the United States.

DHS Coordinating Occupy Arrests

Following a crackdown by police on Occupy Wall Street protesters around the nation, Oakland, California, mayor Jean Quan mentioned during an interview with the BBC that she was on a conference call with leaders of 18 US cities shortly before a wave of raids broke up Occupy Wall Street encampments across the country. It was later discovered thatthe FBI, the Department of Homeland Security and other federal police agencies had coordinated the often violent response to the protests. The federal government responded similarly in the 1960s and 70s when the FBI organized and unleashed its unconstitutional secret police under the covert banner of COINTELPRO. In addition to the DHS characterizing Americans supporting states’ rights and the Constitution as terrorists, the Defense Department’s Antiterrorism and Force Protection Annual Refresher Training Course in 2009 advised its personnel that political protest amounts to “low-level terrorism.” The KBR document is more evidence that the federal government has established internment camps and plans to fill them with dissidents and anti-government activists that have been demonized consistently by the establishment media.

The government has patiently put into place the crucial elements of its police state grid and overarching plan for the internment of political enemies. We are quite literally one terror event away from the plan going live. As the DHS and the establishment media keep telling us, the next terror event will be on American soil and not the work of al-Qaeda but domestic patriot political groups. The FBI has specialized in creating domestic terrorists – or rather patsies – and shifting the blame over to their political enemies.

No one can predict how future events will play out. But if the Vietnamese people and the Iraqi people can withstand the almighty capabilities of the American war machine and live to fight another day, then so can the American people. The struggle for freedom from tyranny is not just an American struggle but a global struggle. People everywhere are under attack by totalitarian governments and the criminal banks and corporations that profit from them. As the language of the Senate NDAA legislation implies, the entire world is a battlefield. Freedom fighters are labeled terrorists and killed without due process.

We all need to reject the “global battlefield” idea, and assert our individual rights. The fire of Freedom in the Western world must not be allowed to be extinguished by the cowards in government who invent enemies to scare the people and rob countries of their sacred honor. It is our generation’s honorable task to guard and preserve freedom. We have to be smart, brave, and resilient. We don’t have all the answers, but we understand that blindly going down the road of global tyranny will be a betrayal of our values, our ancestors, and future generations of human beings. The obstacles that we face are less tough than the obstacles that George Washington and the American freedom fighters faced in 1776. We “conspiracy theorists” may have allies in the press, government, and military who we don’t know about, and who will speak up for freedom and justice when the time is right.

Up until now, America has been mentally and financially occupied by the corporate mainstream press and Federal Reserve, but it won’t be long before it is physically occupied by the hijacked military. Occupation is what Martial Law and the perpetual State of Emergency is all about. The police and military have not been trained to defend the “homeland,” but to rape and destroy America. When the reality that America is occupied by criminal banksters and two-faced traitors is recognized by the majority of the American people and the world, the “terrorists,” “conspiracy theorists,” and “domestic extremists” will be seen for what they truly are: the righteous defenders of truth, freedom, justice, and the rule of law.

JFK’s assassination proved that no one is safe in the United States from the brutality and viciousness of the banker-hijacked U.S. government and the traitors who serve it. The 9/11 attacks proved that the American people and people around the world are held hostage by the governments in Washington and Tel Aviv. The mass murder of innocent individuals on 9/11 and 7/7 emphasized the reality that we are all marked for death by the criminal terrorists in power–even people inside the highest temples of modern civilization. Both state terrorist attacks also symbolized that America and the West are already under occupation.

Well guess what Dorothy? The Boy Scouts aren’t in Kansas anymore!  The military industrial complex and the global banking cartels have other ideas of what we should be USING your children for! If this doesn’t tell you how out-of-control the military industrial complex has become then you’ve definitely drunk the kool-aid. If we don’t stop the militarization and criminalization of everything that was once normal, then we are going the way of the Soviet Union and China. Those that wish to impose this kind of police state on entire populations ALWAYS GO FOR THE CHILDREN!  They brainwash them en mass and before you know it, they are the adults that enforce every draconian policy the maniacal control freaks want to impose. It’s happening right in front of our faces folks!!  WAKE UP!!

US President George W. Bush tried to set up a national police force and now the Obama administration is making common cause with the Southern Poverty Law Center that has created an ideological template that can tie numerous civilian police forces into one larger entity. Fortunately, these efforts are being resisted publicly and aggressively, as the Internet is continually making people aware of these authoritarian efforts. Today, a new movement is afoot to nationalize our local police by stealth. In 2009, Barack Obama advocated “a civilian police to match the size and power of our armed forces.” More recently, Obama advocated enlarging the U.S. Marshal’s Service into a “stability police.” He is being assisted by the Southern Poverty Law Center. The group has convinced many local police and sheriff’s officials that conservatives are the enemy. Obama has not yet been able to set up a formal national policing body.

This is only part of a larger authoritarian drive, however. The Anglosphere power elite that apparently wants to run the world (formally) is using the current economic chaos to prepare fundamental, Draconian “reforms” to the way US business and investing works. US President Barack Obama’s persona and policies are surely tailored to this larger meme. Authoritarianism can be developed in numerous ways. Enlarging law enforcement may make it more efficient but certainly not betterThe larger the amount of monopoly power a law enforcement agency has, the more damage it can do. Canada is experiencing this even now with its own national force, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

25 Signs That The Nazification Of America Is Almost Complete

The United States of America is becoming more like Nazi Germany every single day. In fact, the Nazification of America is almost complete. The parallels between Nazi Germany and the United States of today are going to absolutely shock many of you. Most Americans simply have never learned what life was really like back in Nazi Germany. Under Adolf Hitler, Germany was a Big Brother totalitarian police state that ruthlessly repressed freedom and individual liberty. Under Adolf Hitler, Germany adopted socialism, dramatically increased government spending and raised taxes to astronomical levels. Under Adolf Hitler, abortion became legal in Germany, the government took over health care and Christianity was pushed out of the public schools and out of public life.

20-Signs-That-The-Nazification-Of-America-Is-Almost-Complete-300x225

Nazi Germany shows us what happens when the state becomes god. Adolf Hitler was certainly more racist than the leaders of America are today, but other than that there are very few differences between the road that Adolf Hitler led Germany down and the path that the United States is being led down.

ROTHSCHILD BRIGADE

The following are 25 signs that the Nazification of America is almost complete….

#1 Nazi Germany was a totalitarian Big Brother police state that constantly monitored everything that German citizens did.

Today, the bureaucrats that run things in the United States are also absolutely obsessed with constantly trying to monitor us. For example, there are now control freaks that inspect the lunches of preschool students in certain areas of the country in order to make sure that they contain the “right” foods….

The Division of Child Development and Early Education at the Department of Health and Human Services requires all lunches served in pre-kindergarten programs – including in-home day care centers – to meet USDA guidelines. That means lunches must consist of one serving of meat, one serving of milk, one serving of grain, and two servings of fruit or vegetables, even if the lunches are brought from home.

#2 Nazi officials often used their positions of power to force others to do dehumanizing things.

This is exactly what the TSA is doing today. It would be really easy to imagine some Nazi military officers forcing a young woman to walk back and forth in front of them several times so that they could admire her form. Well, that is what TSA agents are doing to American women today.

#3 In Nazi Germany, even women and children were treated like dehumanized cattle.

Well, today schoolchildren are being strip-searched all over the United States. Down in Georgia, one student was recently strip-searched by public school officials after another student falsely accused him of having marijuana. Another student down in Albuquerque was recently forced to strip down to his underwear while five adults watched because he had $200 in his pocket. The student was never formally charged with doing anything wrong.

#4 In Nazi Germany, authorities could stop you and search you at any time and for any reason.

In America that is not supposed to happen, but it is happening. Last year, TSA “VIPR teams” conducted approximately 8,000 “unannounced security screenings” at subway stations, bus terminals, seaports and highway rest stops. If you are not able to produce “your papers”, there is a good chance that you will get thrown into prison in America. For example, a 21-year-old college student named Samantha Zucker was recently arrested and put in a New York City jail for 36 hours just because she could not produce any identification for police.

#5 Under Adolf Hitler, there were massive increases in government spending.

In nazi Germany, just about everyone was getting some sort of a handout from the German government….

Newlyweds immediately received a $1,000 loan from the government to establish a household. There were big programs for families. All day care and education were free. High schools were taken over by the government and college tuition was subsidized. Everyone was entitled to free handouts, such as food stamps, clothing, and housing.

This is the exact same thing that we are seeing in the United States today.

#6 Under Hitler, taxes were raised dramatically in order to pay for all of these social programs.

In Germany, tax rates went up to 80% of our income. In the United States, when you total up all federal taxes, all state taxes, all local taxes, all property taxes and all sales taxes, there are a significant number of Americans that do pay more than 50% of their incomes in taxes.

#7 The economy of Nazi Germany was very highly socialized.

As Ludwig Von Mises once correctly observed, the German economy under Hitler was not capitalist at all….

What Mises identified was that private ownership of the means of production existed in name only under the Nazis and that the actual substance of ownership of the means of production resided in the German government. For it was the German government, not the nominal private owners, that exercised all of the substantive powers of ownership: it, not the nominal private owners, decided what was to be produced, in what quantity, by what methods, and to whom it was to be distributed, as well as what prices would be charged and what wages would be paid, and what dividends or other income the nominal private owners would be permitted to receive. The position of the alleged private owners, Mises showed, was reduced essentially to that of government pensioners.

The United States has a socialist president, and back in 2009 the cover of Newsweek boldly proclaimed that “We Are All Socialists Now“.

#8 In Nazi Germany, if you conducted business outside of the socialist paradigm you were heavily punished.

The same thing is happening in the United States today. For example, the FDA has been running elaborate entrapment schemes that are designed to entrap producers of raw milk. Any “unauthorized commerce” is dealt with very strictly by the U.S. government these days.

#9 In Nazi Germany, government regulation of business got wildly out of control.

The following is eyewitness testimony from Kitty Werthmann….

My brother-in-law owned a restaurant that had square tables. Government officials told him he had to replace them with round tables because people might bump themselves on the corners. Then they said he had to have additional bathroom facilities. It was just a small dairy business with a snack bar. He couldn’t meet all the demands. Soon, he went out of business.

If the government owned the large businesses and not many small ones existed, it could be in control.

Germany had consumer protection. Germans were told how to shop and what to buy. Free enterprise was essentially abolished. Germany had a planning agency specially designed for farmers. The agents would go to the farms, count the live-stock, then tell the farmers what to produce, and how to produce it.

The U.S. government is burdening businesses with ridiculous regulations today. In every day and age control freaks love to stick it to business people that are just trying to make a living.

#10 Under Hitler, free market capitalism was absolutely hated.

National Socialist theologian Gregor Strasser once stated the following….

We National Socialists are enemies, deadly enemies, of the present capitalist system with its exploitation of the economically weak … and we are resolved under all circumstances to destroy this system.

A lot of Barack Obama’s strongest supporters are socialists and communists, and an increasing number of Americans are showing disdain for capitalism. In fact, some recent polls show that young adults in America actually have a more favorable view of socialism than they do of capitalism.

#11 In Nazi Germany, the health care system was taken over by the government.

The following is more eyewitness testimony from Kitty Werthmann….

Before Hitler, we had very good medical care. Many American doctors trained at the University of Vienna . After Hitler, health care was socialized, free for everyone. Doctors were salaried by the government. The problem was, since it was free, the people were going to the doctors for everything. When the good doctor arrived at his office at 8 a.m., 40 people were already waiting and, at the same time, the hospitals were full. If you needed elective surgery, you had to wait a year or two for your turn. There was no money for research as it was poured into socialized medicine. Research at the medical schools literally stopped, so the best doctors left Austria and emigrated to other countries.

We all know what is going on in America today. The government spends nearly half of all healthcare dollars and Obamacare is going to mean more government control over the health care system than ever before.

#12 Under Adolf Hitler, abortion was made “safe and legal” in Germany.

It turns out that Hitler was a huge fan of the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger. And it was Sanger that once said the following….

“The most merciful thing that a family does to one of its infant members is to kill it.”

Hitler echoed this sentiment when he wrote the following in Mein Kampf….

“The demand that defective people be prevented from propagating equally defective offspring. . . represents the most humane act of mankind.”

After the Nazis came to power in 1933, abortion was very quickly legalized. By 1935 there were approximately 500,000 abortions being performed in Germany every single year. Hitler very much encouraged Aryan women to have as many children as possible. But he also very much viewed abortion as a way to reduce “undesirable” populations.

Unfortunately, something very similar is happening today. Abortion clinics are often located in the “poor” part of town, and a staggering 72 percent of Planned Parenthood’s “customers” have incomes that are either equal to or beneath 150 percent of the federal poverty level.

#13 In Nazi Germany, killing the “defective,” the “weak,” and the “disabled” was considered to be a good thing because it made the German people “stronger.”

Unfortunately, many in America today have fully embraced the eugenics principles which were so dominant in Nazi Germany. A 3 year old girl named Amelia was recently denied a kidney transplant because she is considered to be “mentally retarded”, and we all remember what happened to Terri Schiavo. Not only that, the editorial page editor of the Detroit News recently proposed putting contraceptives into the drinking water in Michigan because the state has become a “breeding ground for poverty.” This kind of sick thinking is rapidly spreading in America, and that is a very frightening thing.

#14 In Nazi Germany, education was nationalized and God was kicked out of the schools.

The following is more eyewitness testimony from Kitty Werthmann….

Our education was nationalized. I attended a very good public school. The population was predominantly Catholic, so we had religion in our schools. The day we elected Hitler (March 13, 1938), I walked into my schoolroom to find the crucifix replaced by Hitler’s picture hanging next to a Nazi flag. Our teacher, a very devout woman, stood up and told the class we wouldn’t pray or have religion anymore. Instead, we sang Deutschland, Deutschland, Uber Alles, and had physical education.

Unfortunately, the exact same thing is happening to U.S. public schools.

#15 Under Adolf Hitler, God was mocked and religion was pushed out of every corner of public life.

Just check out the following information uncovered by author Bruce Walker….

The Nazi tract Gott und Volk was distributed in 1941, and it describes the life cycle of German youth in the future, who would:  “With parties and gifts the youth will be led painlessly from one faith to the other and will grow up without ever having heard of the Sermon on the Mount or the Golden Rule, to say nothing of the Ten Commandments… The education of the youth is to be confined primarily by the teacher, the officer, and the leaders of the party.  The priests will die out.  They have estranged the youth from the Volk.  Into their places will step the leaders.  Not deputies of God.  But anyway the best Germans.  And how shall we train our children?  Thus, as though they had never heard of Christianity!”

Once again, this parallels what we are seeing happen in America today.  Last year, a high school student in Southern Californiawas suspended for two days because he had private conversations with his classmates during which he discussed Christianity.  He was also banned from bringing his Bible to school ever again. For many more examples of this phenomenon, please see this article: “18 Examples Of How Christians Are Being Specifically Targeted By Big Brother.”

#16 Adolf Hitler fully embraced the theory of evolution, and Darwinism provided the intellectual foundation for much of Nazism.

At a Nazi Party rally in Nuremberg in 1933, Hitler declared that “higher race subjects to itself a lower race . . .a right which we see in nature and which can be regarded as the sole conceivable right“.

Hitler was obsessed with the “survival of the fittest” and he took this theory to its logical extremes. The following is how one author put it….

“Hitler was influenced above all by the theories of the nineteenth-century social Darwinist school, whose conception of man as biological material was bound up with impulses towards a planned society. He was convinced that the race was disintegrating, deteriorating through faulty breeding as a result of a liberally tinged promiscuity that was vitiating the nation’s blood. And this led to the establishment of a catalogue of ‘positive’ curative measures: racial hygiene, eugenic choice of marriage partners, the breeding of human beings by the methods of selection on the one hand and extirpation on the other”

But of course we have no problem with teaching this flawed theory to our children in the public schools of America today. Haven’t we learned anything from history?

#17 Under Adolf Hitler, the state started taking over the job of child care.

The following is more eyewitness testimony from Kitty Werthmann….

When the mothers had to go out into the work force, the government immediately established child care centers. You could take your children ages 4 weeks to school age and leave them there around-the-clock, 7 days a week, under the total care of the government. The state raised a whole generation of children. There were no motherly women to take care of the children, just people highly trained in child psychology.

This is exactly what is happening in America today.  Children are raised by day care centers and public schools, and most parents spend very little time with their own children.

#18 In Nazi Germany, it became fashionable to mock Christians and the Christian faith.

The following is more from author Bruce Walker….

By 1935, the virulently anti-Christian leader of the Hitler Youth, Baldur von Shirach issued a regulation that prohibited any child from belonging simultaneously to a church youth group and the Hitler Youth, and gradually membership in the Hitler Youth became almost obligatory – parents were told that their children would not get jobs in the civil service unless they belonged to the Hitler Youth and employers were told not to hire children who did not belong to the Hitler Youth. Christian schoolchildren who did not belong to the Hitler Youth or its female counterpart were routinely beaten up by young Nazi thugs.

Boys inducted into the Hitler Youth were required to explicitly reject Christianity by oaths like this:  “German blood and Christian baptismal water are completely incompatible.” At Hitler Youth center at Halle, was the following prominent statement: “The Faith fanatics, who still to-day slide down on their knees with faces uplifted to heaven, waste their time in churchgoing and prayers, and have not yet understood that they are living on the earth and that therefore their task is of a thoroughly earthly kind.  All we Hitler people can still only look with the greatest contempt on those young people who still run to their silly Evangelical or Catholic Churches in order to vent their quite superstitious religious feelings.”

Those that believe that the Nazis embraced Christianity are delusional.  The following are direct quotes out of Hitler Youth training manuals….

“Christianity is a religion of slaves and fools.”

“How did Christ die? Whining at the Cross!”

“The Ten Commandments represent the lowest instincts of man.”

“Christianity is merely a cloak for Judaism.”

This is definitely where things are going in America today. Our television shows and our movies regularly mock Christians and they are always portrayed as the “bad guys”.

In addition, the name of Jesus is rapidly becoming a forbidden word. Some U.S. courts have even ruled that it is unconstitutional to use the name of “Jesus Christ” during any official government meeting. The following comes from a recent WorldNetDaily article….

But the American Civil Liberties Union and Americans United for Separation of Church and State are standing by their victory in a U.S. circuit court decision that states even “a solitary reference to Jesus Christ” in invocations before the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners’ meetings could do “violence to the pluralistic and inclusive values that are a defining feature of American public life.”

#19 Under Adolf Hitler, sexual promiscuity was actually encouraged.

The following is more eyewitness testimony from Kitty Werthmann….

My mother was very unhappy. When the next term started, she took me out of public school and put me in a convent. I told her she couldn’t do that and she told me that someday when I grew up, I would be grateful. There was a very good curriculum, but hardly any fun no sports, and no political indoctrination. I hated it at first but felt I could tolerate it. Every once in a while, on holidays, I went home. I would go back to my old friends and ask what was going on and what they were doing. Their loose lifestyle was very alarming to me. They lived without religion. By that time unwed mothers were glorified for having a baby for Hitler. It seemed strange to me that our society changed so suddenly. As time went along, I realized what a great deed my mother did so that I wasn’t exposed to that kind of humanistic philosophy.

Of course the exact same thing is happening in America today. If you doubt that your tax dollars are going to promote sexual promiscuity, then watch this video from the American Life League, and you can view it right hereDO NOT let any children watch this video. It is done by a pro-life organization but it is very graphic. It is imperative that parents understand what is really going on out there. But please be warned that it is very, very graphic.

#20 Once the Nazis took power, they rapidly implemented gun control legislation and later on they took all of the guns away from the populace.

Kitty Werthmann remembers very well what happened in Austria under the Nazis….

Next came gun registration. People were getting injured by guns. Hitler said that the real way to catch criminals (we still had a few) was by matching serial numbers on guns. Most citizens were law abiding and dutifully marched to the police station to register their firearms. Not long after-wards, the police said that it was best for everyone to turn in their guns. The authorities already knew who had them, so it was futile not to comply voluntarily.

Last year, more than 10 million guns were sold in the United States, but gun control legislation continues to become even more strict, and it is only a matter of time before the federal government tries to disarm the U.S. population completely.

#21 Under the Nazis, large numbers of children were taken away from good families.

The following is more from author Bruce Walker….

Parents who resisted Nazi anti-Christian indoctrination too strongly simply had their children taken away from them.  The Nazis even forbade parents to give their children Christian names and ordered babies instead to be given names like Dietrich, Otto or Siegfried.  The home teaching of Christianity by parents in the home was forbidden.  Not content with simply driving Christianity out of public schools, Himmler banned all Confessing Church seminaries and instruction in 1937 and he closed all private religious schools two years later.

Doesn’t this sound exactly like where America is headed? In many states, CPS (“child protective services”) has become one of the most feared government agencies. All over the nation, thousands upon thousands of children have been removed from good homes because the parents were not raising them “correctly.”

#22 Under Adolf Hitler, society became very highly militarized.

We are seeing the same thing in the U.S. right now. Sadly, this is even happening to our public schools.  According to blogger Alexander Higgins, students in kindergarten and the 1st grade in the state of New Jersey are now required by law to participate “in monthly anti-terrorism drills.” The following is an excerpt from a letter that he recently received from the school where his child attends….

Each month a school must conduct one fire drill and one security drill which may be a lockdown, bomb threat, evacuation, active shooter, or shelter-in place drill. All schools are now required by law to implement this procedure.

This is the kind of thing that a sicko like Adolf Hitler would try to do, and it is not good for our children.

#23 In Nazi Germany, the prisons were absolutely packed.

Right now, the United States has the highest incarceration rate in the world by far and the largest total prison population on the entire globe by far. Even children are being arrested in alarming numbers. One 12-year-old girl down in Texas was recently arrested for spraying herself with perfume and how police were recently sent out to collect an overdue library book from a 5-year-old girl in Massachusetts.

#24 Under Adolf Hitler, there was basically no freedom of speech.

In the United States today we are told that we still have freedom of speech, but that freedom is being “chilled” in thousands of different ways. For example, the FBI is now admittedly recording Internet talk radio programs all over the United States.  The following comes from a recent article by Mark Weaver of WMAL.com….

If you call a radio talk show and get on the air, you might be recorded by the FBI.

The FBI has awarded a $524,927 contract to a Virginia company to record as much radio news and talk programming as it can find on the Internet.

The FBI says it is not playing big brother by policing the airwaves, but rather seeking access to what airs as potential evidence.

So please speak freely on talk radio.  Just realize that the feds will be recording every single word.

#25 Under Adolf Hitler, paranoia was standard operating procedure.

In Nazi Germany, every citizen was a potential threat and everyone had to be constantly watched for suspicious activity. The exact same thing is happening in America today. Just about anything you do can get you labeled as a “potential terrorist” by the government.

According to a new DHS report, the following are some of the beliefs and ideologies of potential terrorists….

-“fiercely nationalistic (as opposed to universal and international in orientation)”

-“anti-global”

-“suspicious of centralized federal authority”

-“reverent of individual liberty”

-“believe in conspiracy theories”

-“a belief that one’s personal and/or national “way of life” is under attack”

-“a belief in the need to be prepared for an attack either by participating in paramilitary preparations and training or survivalism”

-“impose strict religious tenets or laws on society (fundamentalists)”

-“insert religion into the political sphere”

-“those who seek to politicize religion”

-“supported political movements for autonomy”

-“anti-abortion”

-“anti-Catholic”

-“anti-nuclear”

And the definition of “suspicious activity” has become so broad in America that it pretty much covers 100% of us.  In 2012, the following activities are considered to be “suspicious” by the FBI….

-shielding your computer screen from others

-paying with cash

-acting “nervous”

-using multiple cell phones

-requesting a specific room at a hotel

-traveling with a large amount of luggage

-refusing maid service at a hotel

-staying in your room for too long

-changing your appearance

In addition, the U.S. government has decided that it would be a really good idea for all of us to spy on one another.  The “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign looks like it could have been pulled right out of a Gestapo security handbook. But America is not supposed to be about spying on one another and reporting each other to the secret police.

America is supposed to be about liberty and freedom. Recently, Fox News made a really bad decision by cancelling Freedom Watch. Judge Andrew Napolitano was one of the few voices on television that was still standing up for individual liberty. As we think about how the Nazification of America has progressed, let the things that Judge Napolitano said on his last show echo in our minds. Video from that show is posted here:

Look at this lady – Let us never forget!

The world hasn’t just become wicked…it’s always been wicked.

The prize doesn’t always go to the most deserving.

Irena Sendler died 12 May 2008 (aged 98) in Warsaw, Poland. During WWII, Irena, got permission to work in the Warsaw ghetto, as a plumbing/sewer specialist.

She had an ‘ulterior motive’. She KNEW what the Nazi’s plans were for the Jews (being German).

Irena smuggled infants out in the bottom of the tool box she carried and she carried in the back of her truck a burlap sack, (for larger kids).

She also had a dog in the back that she trained to bark when the Nazi soldiers let her in and out of the ghetto.

The soldiers of course wanted nothing to do with the dog and the barking covered the kids/infants noises.

During her time of doing this, she managed to smuggle out and save 2500 kids/infants. She was caught, and the Nazi’s broke both her legs, arms and beat her severely.

Irena kept a record of the names of all the kids she smuggled out and kept them in a glass jar, buried under a tree in her back yard.

After the war, she tried to locate any parents that may have survived it and reunited the family. Most had been gassed. Those kids she helped got placed into foster family homes or adopted.

Last year Irena was up for the Nobel Peace Prize.

She was not selected. President Obama won one year before becoming President for his work as a community organizer for ACORN and Al Gore won also — for a slide show on Global Warming.

In MEMORIAL – 63 YEARS LATER

It is now more than 60 years after the Second World War in Europe ended.

Lets not forget the six million Jews, 20 million Russians, 10 million Christians and 1,900 Catholic priests who were murdered, massacred, raped, burned, starved and humiliated!

Now, more than ever, with Iran, and others, claiming the HOLOCAUST to be ‘a myth’.

It’s imperative to make sure the world never forgets, because there are others who would like to do it again.

The War on Ignorance

It is well documented that many of America’s Founding Fathers had a very real and deep-seated distrust of standing armies–and for good reason. They had just fought a costly and bloody war for independence, which had been largely predicated upon the propensities for the abuse and misuse of individual liberties by a pervasive and powerful standing army (belonging to Great Britain) amongst them. Listen to Thomas Jefferson: “I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies.” Note that Jefferson identified both banking institutions and standing armies as being “dangerous to our liberties.” James Madison said, “A standing army is one of the greatest mischief that can possibly happen.” Elbridge Gerry (Vice President under James Madison) called standing armies “the bane of liberty.”

For the most part, the sentiments of our founders ring hollow to modern Americans who, ever since World War II, have glorified, idolized, and practically even worshipped the standing US military. But of course, with only isolated instances (which were almost always completely covered up by the mainstream news media) of the abuse of military power being committed against US citizens, the American people, as a whole, have no point of reference directing them to the sagacity of America’s founders on the subject. Indeed, who could even imagine that US military forces would be used against the US citizenry? After all, the media did a masterful job of covering up the most flagrant example of US military forces being used against US citizens when US military forces assisted federal law enforcement agencies in slaughtering the Branch Davidians outside Waco, Texas, on April 19, 1993. So, most Americans simply shut their eyes against that “painful truth” and chose to ignore the fact that it even happened.

As many Americans know, for over a decade there have been dozens of pieces of legislation and executive orders that have chipped away at the US Constitution, specifically at its Bill of Rights. The ‘war on terror’ was originally to be waged against foreigners in far-away lands, but Rep. Ron Paul was right, the anti-terror infrastructure is swinging around to be used against American citizens. There is a shocking piece of legislation working its way through Congress. A Defense Authorization bill for 2012 allows for military detentions of American citizens on American soil. These can be indefinite detentions, with no trial. The U.S. Senate is considering the unthinkable: changing detention laws to imprison people–including Americans living in the United States itself–indefinitely and without charge. Especially egregious are sections 1031 and 1032. They:

(1) Explicitly authorize the federal government to indefinitely imprison without charge or trial American citizens and others picked up inside and outside the United States;

(2) Mandate military detention of some civilians who would otherwise be outside of military control, including civilians picked up within the United States itself; and

(3) Transfer to the Department of Defense core prosecutorial, investigative, law enforcement, penal, and custodial authority and responsibility now held by the Department of Justice.

  1. Repealing Of Deadbeat Senators McCain & Lieberman’s Indefinite Detention Of U.S. Citizens: List Of DEADBEAT SENATORS Who Insisted On Removing U.S. Citizens Miranda Rights And Detaining Them In Prison Indefinitely!

The bill was drafted in secret by Sens. Carl Levin (D-Mich.) and John McCain (R-Ariz.) and passed in a closed-door committee meeting, without even a single hearing. Even mainstream, apolitical Americans would be concerned about such a provision that, on its face, is unconstitutional. Ordinary Americans are already waking up to the specter of tyranny, and the NDAA for 2012 would accelerate that process.

SHOOTING AMERICANS 1

SHOOTING AMERICANS 2

Today, the United States military has at least one base in more than half of all the nations on the planet. Before the start of the “War on Terror,” the U.S. national debt was under 6 trillion dollars. Today, it is getting very close to 15 trillion dollars. Over a trillion U.S. taxpayer dollars have been spent on wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya. What we have really gotten for all of that money? In Libya, we have actually helped al-Qaeda forces that were shooting at U.S. soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan take over the country. Now they have announced that they will be imposing strict Sharia law on all of Libya. After 10 years of having our boys shot up in Afghanistan, the Afghan government is so “grateful” that they are publicly saying that they will side with Pakistan in any future war against the United States. In Iraq, Islamic radicals are beheading and murdering dozens and dozens of Christians and the new Iraqi government seemingly can’t wait to push the remaining U.S. soldiers out of the country. We ran up well over a trillion dollars of new debt to “liberate” these countries, but are they really in better shape than they were before these wars? Are we really in better shape than we were before these wars? The U.S. spends more than 7 times as much on the military as any other country on earth does.

RON PAUL PREDICTIONS

The U.S. military has now been in Afghanistan for 10 years. World War II lasted less than 6 years. The U.S. government has spent over 467 billion dollars on the war in Afghanistan, and thousands upon thousands of our troops have been killed or wounded there. Even after all this time, a single day of the war in Afghanistan costs more money than it took to build the entire Pentagon. Afghanistan is not our friend now. Neither is Iraq. Libya looks like it is going to become an al-Qaeda paradise thanks to us. There is very little “freedom” in those 3 nations today. Instead, “Islamic law” is being shoved down the throats of the people living in those countries. So, in the final analysis, what have we really accomplished?

If you look at the statistics, you realize that 90 percent of the world’s savings was being sucked out of the system by the US military-industrial complex. Just look at the US external trade deficit and compare it to the US military budget. You’ll find an amazing similarity over the years. The military does not produce tradable goods. They are a parasitic entity on the world economy. The U.S. is addicted to waging illegal wars against countries like Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and soon to be Syria. The U.S. is also addicted to money printing, in large part to pay for its illegal wars. These dangerous addictions are unconstitutional, because the U.S. Constitution said wars must be approved by Congress and only gold and silver shall be used as legal tender.

Why did these guys need money? If they have so much infrastructure, so many assets, and massive political power, why can’t they just nakedly exercise power… move men around, move munitions around? Why do they need money? Why are they going around like a crackhead looking for a fix? Why are they going to all these different countries and trying to scam money off of them? Why can’t they just print dollars and make more money? Because people aren’t accepting their dollars worldwide.

There are 800 US military bases around the world. If they can’t make the payroll for these guys, they’re going to be marching out of their bases with food bowls in their hands, begging for food. They’re being cut off from their oil, from their other resources. That was their Achilles heel—the control of money. Their private army was self-financing. They had their own industries and their own income. The US army is dependent on Wall Street financing. That’s why they were dependent on ultimately the Chinese and the Asians, who were financing Wall Street.

As President Bush prepared to invade Iraq in September 2002, the head of his economic policy council, Lawrence Lindsey publicly estimated such a war could cost $100 billion to $200 billion. Lindsey had committed candor, and the stunned Bushites came down on him with both feet. “Baloney,” said Donald Rumsfeld. The likely cost would be $60 billion, said Mitch Daniels of the Office of Management and Budget. We can finance the war with Iraqi oil, said Paul Wolfowitz. By year’s end, Lindsey was gone, back, in Ronald Reagan’s phrase, “testing the magic of the marketplace.” And the cost of the Iraq War has passed $1 trillion. So Lindsey is now saying that the Obamaites may be wildly underestimating the deficits America is going to run in this decade.

The US government (White House and Congress) spends $10 billion dollars a month, or $120 billion a year, to fight an estimated “50 – 75 ‘Al Qaeda types’ in Afghanistan,”according to the CIA and quoted in the FinancialTimes of London (6/25 -26/11, p. 5). During the past 30 months of the Obama presidency, Washington has spent $300 billion dollars in Afghanistan, which adds up to $4 billion dollars for each alleged ‘Al Queda type.’ If we multiply this by the two dozen or so sites and countries where the White House claims ‘Al Qaeda’ terrorists have been spotted, we begin to understand why the US budget deficit has grown astronomically to over $1.6 trillion for the current fiscal year.

During Obama’s Presidency, Social Security’s cost-of-living adjustment has been frozen, resulting in a net decrease of over 8 percent, which is exactly the amount spent chasing just 5 dozen ‘Al Qaeda terrorists’ in the mountains bordering Pakistan. It is absurd to believe that the Pentagon and White House has spent $10 billion a month just to hunt down a handful of terrorists hiding in the mountains of Afghanistan. Their multi-hundred- billion-dollar pursuit of an estimated 50-75 phantom Al Qaeda terrorists in Afghanistan has hastened the disappearance of middle income jobs in the US.

Another underreported toll of wars are the poor souls of those who marched off to defend the Republic, only to find that they’ve been fighting, and killing, and watching friends all around them lose life and limb over lies and empire.

War on Drugs a Total Hoax – US Military Admits to Guarding, Assisting Lucrative Opium Trade in Afghanistan

  1. The Pusher

The U.S. government has openly admitted that U.S. troops are growing opium in Afghanistan to protect and promote the heroin trade. U.S. troops actively guard the opium fields, deliver fertilizer, assist with harvesting and then help deliver the opium to be processed into heroin. Then, once it reaches the USA as heroin, the “drug war” kicks in and whoever is caught holding it goes to prison for a few years.

Afghanistan is, by far, the largest grower and exporter of opium in the world today, cultivating a 92 percent market share of the global opium trade. But what may shock many is the fact that the US military has been specifically tasked with guarding Afghan poppy fields, from which opium is derived, in order to protect this multibillion dollar industry that enriches Wall Street, the CIA, MI6, and various other groups that profit big time from this illicit drug trade scheme. Prior to the tragic events of September 11, 2001, Afghanistan was hardly even a world player in growing poppy, which is used to produce both illegal heroin and pharmaceutical-grade morphine. In fact, the Taliban had been actively destroying poppy fields as part of an effort to rid the country of this harmful plant. But after 9/11, the US military-industrial complex quickly invaded Afghanistan and began facilitating the reinstatement of the country’s poppy industry. According to the United Nations Drug Control Program (UNDCP), opium cultivation increased by 657 percent in 2002 after the US military invaded the country under the direction of then-President George W. Bush.

More recently, The New York Times reported that the brother of current Afghan President Hamid Karzai had actually been on the payroll of the CIA for at least eight years prior to this information going public in 2009. Ahmed Wali Karzai was a crucial player in reinstating the country’s opium drug trade, known as Golden Crescent, and the CIA had been financing the endeavor behind the scenes. “The Golden Crescent drug trade, launched by the CIA in the early 1980s, continues to be protected by US intelligence, in liaison with NATO occupation forces and the British military,” wrote Prof. Michel Chossudovsky in a 2007 report, before it was revealed that Ahmed Wali Karzai was on the CIA payroll. “The proceeds of this lucrative multibillion dollar contraband are deposited in Western banks. Almost the totality of revenues accrue to corporate interests and criminal syndicates outside Afghanistan” But the mainstream media has been peddling a different story to the American public, claiming that military personnel are having to protect the Afghan poppy fields, rather than destroy them, in order to keep the locals happy and to avoid a potential “security risk.”

So while tens of thousands of Americans continue to be harmed or killed every year by overdoses from drugs originating from this illicit opium trade, and while cultivation of innocuous crops like marijuana and hemp remains illegal in the US, the American military is actively guarding the very poppy fields in Afghanistan that fuel the global drug trade. BIG PHARMA & DEPRESSION

More U.S. Soldiers Committed Suicide than Died in Combat in 2010

Six more, to be exact. 462 American soldiers were killed in combat in 2010, while 468 soldiers, counting enlisted men and women as well as veterans, took their own lives. This was the second consecutive year that more soldiers died by their own hands than in combat — in 2009, the 381 suicides of active-duty soldiers recorded by the military also exceeded the number of deaths in battle.

Thousands of US soldiers are going into battle fueled by all sorts of prescription medications, be they amphetamines, antidepressants, sedatives or others. Largely unmonitored consumption of drugs can lead to aberrant behavior and mental disorders.

Over 110,000 American service personnel took prescribed medications in 2011 to battle through everyday military routine. The Times recently disclosed that nearly 8 per cent of active-duty American servicemen and women take sedatives and over 6 per cent are on antidepressants, a tremendous eightfold increase since 2005, when two wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were in full swing.

Routine military service, combat stress, and sometimes lack of sleep force American troops to go to work medicated. It mirrors the general situation in American society that uses prescription drugs on a daily basis at levels unseen before. In the Army, though, those who opt to modulate their lives with drugs are facing challenges of a non-civil nature that supposes an absolutely different level of responsibility. These men and women are well-armed, after all.

As a rule, troops are sent to deployment with 180-day medication supply. But soldiers can always trade favorite pills with their friends. The habit of ending a hard day with a handful of various tablets is apparently nothing extraordinary. “We have never medicated our troops to the extent we are doing now…. And I don’t believe the current increase in suicides and homicides in the military is a coincidence,” said Bart Billings, a former military psychologist who hosts an annual conference on combat stress, informed The Los Angeles Times.

Painkillers of narcotic nature pose a threat of addiction to those injured who have to take them, too.

One could only guess whether the suicide rate surge in the US Army in the recent decade has any connections with army psychologists prescribing pills to personnel left, right and center. An appalling 80 per cent increase in suicides among US service personnel has been registered between 2004 and 2008. On the other hand, when every 10th US serviceman deployed in Iraq or Afghanistan suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, there must be a calculated risk in prescribing these medications to keep soldiers in service. But the main problem among deployed troops remains mental fatigue of those who have been deployed several times in a row. As many as 80 per cent of on-duty personnel have gone through three or more deployments. Worn-out personnel have problems with sleep and accurate assessment of ongoing events.

The recent notorious case of Staff Sgt. Robert Bales, accused of murdering 17 civilians in a bloody rampage in Afghanistan, again raised the question of drug-related incidents in the US military. After it was announced the defendant does not remember what he did, his attorneys requested a list of the medications the soldier was taking during his deployment in Afghanistan.

The medical costs are huge. While we know how many U.S. soldiers have died in the wars (just over 6,000), what is startling is what we don’t know about the levels of injury and illness in those who have returned from the wars. New disability claims continue to pour into the VA, with 550,000 just through last fall. This doesn’t even include the thousands of deaths and injuries among quasi-military contractors. There are about as many contractors as troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

American secret commandos are carrying out raids in 70 countries–just today. Somewhere on this planet an American commando is carrying out a mission.  Without the knowledge of the American public, a secret force within the U.S. military is undertaking operations in a majority of the world’s countries. This new Pentagon power elite is waging a global war whose size and scope has never been revealed, until now. Last year, Karen DeYoung and Greg Jaffe of the Washington Post reported that U.S. Special Operations forces were deployed in 75 countries, up from 60 at the end of the Bush presidency. By the end of this year, U.S. Special Operations Command spokesman Colonel Tim Nye stated, that number will likely reach 120.  “We do a lot of traveling — a lot more than Afghanistan or Iraq,” he said recently. This global presence—in about 60% of the world’s nations and far larger than previously acknowledged—provides striking new evidence of a rising clandestine Pentagon power elite waging a secret war in all corners of the world.

In 2010, $400 billion of our tax money went toward paying off past war debts as far back as the Korean War of the early 1950s. We’ll pay war debts indefinitely because Washington is always borrowing to plan for or start new wars. So far, the U.S.-led NATO war for regime change in Libya is costing American taxpayers about a billion. The Pentagon has blueprints ready for many different kinds of future wars, from small counter-terrorism escapades, to cyberspace and outer space conflicts, to nuclear war, all the way up to World War III.

But Defense Department expenses are only half the story. Double the Pentagon’s $700 billion for a true estimate of the amount of money the U.S. spent on war-related issues last year. That’s $1.4 trillion a year for the United States. The Bush-Obama wars — including Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen (and Somalia, where the U.S. is now engaged in drone strikes), plus the wars in Obama’s final years — will certainly top $5 trillion in real costs.

Instead of just discussing the Pentagon budget, it is essential to also consider Washington’s various other “national security” budgets. That includes the costs of Washington’s 16 different intelligence services, the percentage of the annual national debt to pay for past war expenses, Homeland Security, nuclear weapons, additional annual spending requests for Iraq and Afghan wars, military retiree pay and healthcare for vets, NASA, FBI (for its war-related military work), etc. When it’s all included it comes to $1,398 trillion for fiscal 2010, according to the War Resisters League and other sources.

It’s not enough just to take note of the money Washington spent on stalemated wars of choice. It’s fruitful to contemplate where our $5 trillion Bush-Obama war funding might have been invested instead. It could have paid for a fairly swift transition from fossil fuels to a solar-wind energy system for the entire U.S.—a prospect that will now take many decades longer, if at all. And there probably would have been enough left to overhaul America’s decaying and outdated civil infrastructure, among other projects. But while the big corporations, Wall Street and the wealthy are thriving, infrastructure repair, schools and healthcare have been brushed aside. Counties and towns are closing summer swimming pools and public facilities. Jobs and growth are stagnant. The federal government is sharply cutting the social service budget, and Medicare et al. are nearing the chopping block. Meanwhile, be assured that despite a bit of fixing here and there, the military and national security budgets will remain essentially unchanged.

Sequential imperial defeats have resulted in a massive hemorrhage of the US treasury, rather than the promised flood of oil wealth from tributary clients. According to a recent scholarly study, the military cost of the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan have exceeded $3.2 trillion dollars (“The Costs of War Since 2001”, Eisenhower Study Group, June 2011) and is growing at over ten billion a month. The average rate of interest the Fed has had to pay to borrow for the last two decades has been 5.7 percent. However, President Obama is projecting the cost of money at only 2.5 percentA return to the normal Fed rate would, by 2020, add $4.9 trillion to the cumulative deficit, says Lindsey, more than twice the $2 trillion in savings being discussed in Joe Biden’s debt-ceiling deal.

The crumbling empire has depleted the US treasury. As the Congress and White House fight over raising the debt ceiling, the cost of war aggressively erodes any possibility of maintaining stable living standards for the American middle and working classes and heightens growing inequalities between the top 1% and the rest of the American people. Imperial wars are based on the pillage of the US treasury. The imperial state has, via extraordinary tax exemptions, concentrated wealth in the hands of the super-rich while the middle and working classes have been pushed downward, as only low paid jobs are available. While the super-rich plunder the treasury and intensify the exploitation of labor, the number of middle income jobs is plunging. The burden of sustaining a declining empire, with its the monstrous growth in military spending, has fallen disproportionately on middle and working class taxpayers and wage earners. The military and financial elites’ pillage of the economy and treasury has set in motion a steep decline in living standards, income and job opportunities.

END GAME

As the Obama White House expands its imperial interventions in Pakistan, Libya and Yemen, increasing military and police-state spending, Obama is set to reach budgetary agreements with the far right Republicans, which will savage government health care programs, like MEDICARE and MEDICAID, as well as Social Security, the national retirement program. Prolonged wars have pushed the budget to the breaking point, while the deficit undermines any capacity to revive the economy as it heads toward a ‘repeat recession’.

Obama is estimating growth in 2012, 2013 and 2014 at 4, 4.5 and 4.1 percent. But the normal rate for a mature economy recovering from recession is 2.5 percent. Hence, if we return to a normal rate of growth, rather than rise to Obama’s projected rate, says Lindsey, that would add $700 billion to the deficit over the next three years and $4 trillion by 2020. Taken together, a U.S. return to a normal rate of growth of 2.5 percent, higher than today, and a normal rate of interest for the Fed could add as much as $9 trillion to the deficits between now and 2020.

New taxes on millionaires and billionaires who ride around in corporate jets can’t cover a tenth of 1 percent of these deficits. Writes Lindsey, “Only serious long-term spending reduction in the entitlement area can begin to address the nation’s deficit and debt problems.” His conclusion is logical, but seems impossible to achieve when both parties are talking of taking Medicare and Social Security off the table. Which makes his final point all the more compelling: “Under current government policies and economic projections, (bondholders) should be far more concerned about a return of their principal in 10 years than about any short-term delay in interest payments in August.” Lindsey is saying that the probability of U.S. bonds losing face value through inflation or default is high, given the size of the deficits we will be running and the improbability that any deficit-reduction plan now out there can significantly reduce them.

One Chinese economist is already accusing us of defaulting, as the Fed’s flooding of the world with dollars has seen the dollar lose 10 percent of its value against other currencies in the last year. Holding $1 trillion in U.S. debt, China has watched the purchasing power of that U.S. paper plummet. Understandably, Beijing fears that if we ever pay back all they have lent us, it will be in U.S. dollars of far lesser value.

The cause of the deficit-debt crisis has been the explosion in federal spending under Barack Obama to the largest share of the U.S. economy since the climactic years of World War II. Administrations of both parties contributed to this rise in the federal share of gross domestic product. But the GOP committed itself in 2010 to rein it in, without raising taxes. On that pledge the GOP triumphed and should keep its commitment. First, because it is a solemn undertaking with a nation disgusted with politicians who say one thing and do another. Second, because our fiscal crisis, like Europe’s, is a result of too much government, not too little revenue. Third, because there is no credible school of economic thought that says raising taxes on the productive sector when one in six workers is unemployed or underemployed is the way to prosperity.

Almost 20 percent of personal income is “now provided by the government,” reports the New York Times. At the start of 2012, the extended unemployment benefits approved by Congress in December 2010, which cover a maximum of 99 weeks per person, will expire. Though the benefits are hardly lavish–a little more than $300 a week for most recipients–their total impact on the economy is huge, because so many Americans are currently taking advantage of them. Moody’s Analytics estimates that when the benefits expire, $37 billion will be taken out of the economy, the New York Times reports. Government benefits that go to poorer Americans, like unemployment insurance, tend to boost consumer spending more than other kinds of stimulus, because people living paycheck to paycheck have little choice but to spend the money, rather than saving it. So the disappearance of jobless benefits will take money out of circulation when economic growth is seeking to gain some traction.

Under Obama these past two years, the nation relied on the U.S. government to pull us out of the ditch. But Obama’s $787 billion stimulus, his three deficits of 10 percent of GDP, and Ben Bernanke’s tripling of Fed assets by buying the bad paper of big banks and $600 billion in U.S. debt all failed. The global economy never truly recovered from the financial crisis of 2008, and right now everyone is keeping their eyes open for the next “Lehman Brothers moment” that will send world financial markets into another tailspin. Fears about the spread of the debt crisis in Europe and about the failure of debt ceiling talks in the United States have really hammered global financial markets.

On July 11, the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 151 points.  Italian stocks fared even worse.  The stock market in Italy fell more than 3 percent the same day.  The stock markets in Germany and France fell more than 2 percent each. Everywhere you turn there seems to be more bad news and large numbers of investors are getting closer to hitting the panic button.  Hopefully things will cool down soon, because if not we could soon have another full-blown financial crisis on our hands.

For Republicans to agree now to tax increases that would violate their principles, their promises to the voters and their basic philosophy—and be icing on the cake of Obama’s debt-ceiling increase—would be politically suicidal. Indeed, were the Republican Party to do this, it would raise the question of why we need a Republican Party.

U.S. states have the legal right to secede from the union. U.S. courts have proven time and time again that they will incorrectly interpret the U.S. Constitution in order to protect the government’s destructive illegal actions while selectively ignoring provisions that protect American’s rights.
