A defiant mineworker, who was lying on the ground bleeding from a gunshot wound, kept on swearing at police and urged them to finish him off, saying: “Kill us too, please abelungu .” Abelungu means = white man.

“We were attacked when we were on our way to a meeting. Those NUM leaders killed us because they are protecting the employer,” said a worker who identified himself as Tau Tau. NUM = National Union of Mine-workers.

“They (NUM leaders and the employer) have called the police to come and kill us. We are not afraid because we work underground and our lives are forever at risk,” said worker Andries Tsinyao.

First The Rothschild History Of South Africa

JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com)Resource nationalism is by definition not a bad idea, as it is an accepted method for governments around the world to extract sufficient rent from the limited resources they have, investment banker Rothschild South Africa CEOMartin Kingston said on Wednesday.

However, he pointed out that South Africa already had an overburdened social budget, and that it would not be ideal to divert money away from social spending to developing mines.

“There are perhaps too few facts on the table when it comes to talks about mine nationalisation, with a lot of the debate being emotionally driven,” Kingston said at AngloGold Ashanti/Motjoli Resources’ Mining for Change seminar, in Johannesburg.

In the 19th century the British fought wars to subject the Boer states to British Rule. In 1948, the Boers took power democratically, with the election of the National Party.

In the 1960s the government of Hendrik Verwoerd took power and implemented the formal separate but equal policies in South Africa. These policies made South Africa the economically strongest nation in Africa, and gave the blacks in South Africa (and the whites) the highest standards of living of any African nation.

Verwoerd’s policies had two main opponents. One was a Jew named Harry Oppenheimer, the other a Khazar Jew named Anton Ruppert. Both controlled banking monopolies in the country, and wanted “rights” extended to black South Africans for the purpose of extending their money lending business. Oppenheimer had ties to the Rothschild banking family and to the US CIA, which throughout the 1970s through 1990s supported the overthrow of white South African rule, at the direction of the Khazar Jew Henry Kissinger.

Oppenheimer lobbied the Rothschilds to overthrow Verwoerd, who had publicly denounced the Jewish banking monopolies in Parliament. The Rothschilds secured the support of the RockefellerCarnegie and other “Anglo” families in the United States, and had those institutions lobby against the white government. Rockfeller influenced the John McCain CFR [Council on Foreign Relations] and its members in the US government in particular to oppose white rule [diversion tactic].

Thursday’s shootings are one of the worst in South Africa since the end of the apartheid era, and came as a rift deepens between the country’s governing African National Congress and an impoverished electorate confronting massive unemployment and growing poverty and inequality.

They “awaken us to the reality of the time bomb that has stopped ticking — it has exploded,” The Sowetan newspaper said in an editorial. “Africans are pitted against each other … fighting for a bigger slice of the mineral wealth of the country. In the end the war claims the very poor African — again.”

Police ministry spokesman Zweli Mnisi told The Associated Press on Friday that more than 44 people were killed on Thursday in the police volleys of gunfire during the strike, now a week old. The Star, a Johannesburg newspaper, said another 72 people were wounded. People were gathering at hospitals in the area, hoping to find missing family members among the wounded.

Poor South Africans protest daily across the country for basic services like running water, housing and better health and education — all of which were promised when fascist left wing racist white rule ended with the first democratic elections in 1994. Protests often turn violent, with people charging that ANC leaders have joined the  national socialist white minority that continues to enrich itself while life becomes ever harder for the black majority.

Police often are accused of using undue force. Still, Thursday’s shooting appalled the country, recalling images of left wing white police firing at anti-apartheid protesters in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, though in this case it was mostly fascist black police firing at black mine workers.
