Computer scanning expert Doug Vogt and typesetting expert Paul Irey say they will accompany attorney Orly Taitz on August 8, 2011, when she presents to the Hawaii Department of Health a subpoena that should allow her to examine Barack Obama’s original 1961 typewritten birth certificate.

Suspicious Nomination Certifications.

In July, 2009, documents were revealed showing that Obama was never officially certified to run for president under the provisions of the U.S. Constitution, by the Hawaiian Democratic Party. On August 27, 2008, the Hawaiian Democratic Party created a customized Nomination Certification document for Obama containing the following words:

“THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provision of the national Democratic Parties balloting at the Presidential Preference Poll and Caucus held on February 19th, 2008 in the State of Hawaii and by acclamation at the National Democratic Convention held August 27, 2008 in Denver, Colorado.”

In comparison, unlike the 2008 Hawaiian OCON for Obama, in every other previous Presidential election, the Hawaiian Democratic Party has certified the nomination of their state’s Democratic candidate with the following words:

“THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provision of the United States Constitution…”

Notice that the wording of HDP’s 2008 Official Certification of Nomination omits the words “…under the provision of the United States Constitution…”

Upon receiving Hawaii’s State Nomination Certification for Obama, which omits the reference to the Constitutional legality of Obama’s nomination, the National Democratic Party Office created two separate documents with the same header title, “Official Certification of Nomination”, both versions were signed by Nancy Pelosi, Chair of the Democratic National Convention, and Alicia Travis Germond, Secretary of the Democratic National Convention and notarized by a Denver notary. One of these versions was sent from the National Democratic Party headquarters to each of the 49 states’ Democratic Party headquarters. However, only the State of Hawaii received an Official Certification of Nomination from the DNC containing the words:

“…the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States
are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution…”
The document then lists Barack Obama and Joe Biden as the candidates. However, the rest of the 49 states received a different Official Certification of Nomination containing the words:

“…the following were duly nominated as candidates of said party for President and Vice
President of the United States, respectively…”

Vogt and Irey both told WND they are making travel plans to join Taitz in Honolulu when she goes to the state agency at 10 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 8, to present the subpoena in person.

“We will plan to hold a press conference late in the day of Aug. 8,” Vogt said, “and if the document we see varies from the birth certificate documents the White House released, we plan to file criminal charges in Hawaii immediately.”

Vogt shared with WND a copy of a letter he has written to Hawaii Attorney General David Louie, putting Louie on notice regarding the reasons he believes the birth certificate released by the White House is fraudulent.

Irey says it won’t take long to evaluate the original birth record, if it exists.

“Over the years of my career, I’ve seen everything that can be put on paper,” he said. “Now that I’m thoroughly familiar with what the White House released, I will be able to tell you within a few minutes, if what the Hawaii DOH has matches what the White House has released, or not.

“I will expect to see the same differences in typeface that are on the White House version, otherwise I will know immediately that what the Hawaii DOH is showing us is a forgery.”

What the White House released

Vogt and Irey plan to bring a laptop computer and a portable scanner to the Hawaii DOH for the inspection.

“We will scan the document to compare it to the White House electronic version and the Xerox copies they handed out in the press room,” he said. “We will immediately make our scan available to the public over the Internet, so the American public can see for themselves.”

Irey told WND he expects the Hawaii DOH at the last minute will do everything possible to prevent Taitz from getting access to the 1961 original Obama birth certificate, if it exists.

“Quite frankly, I doubt the Hawaii DOH has anything to show us,” Irey said skeptically, “and if we do see a document, my guess is that it will have been forged for the purpose of showing us something.”

Vogt and Irey repeatedly have told WND that if the Hawaii DOH had an original 1961 Obama birth certificate, the most credible thing to have done on April 27 would have been to release that document to the public for professional forensic examination by qualified independent professionals.

As displayed on her website, the July 5 subpoena granted Taitz by the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii allows her to examine the original 1961 Obama birth certificate on Aug. 8 at 10 a.m.:

Taitz’s subpoena was served upon Loretta Fuddy, director of the Hawaii Department of Health. Hawaii Deputy Attorney General Jill Nagamine is representing Fuddy.

Because Fuddy neglected to file opposition to the court-issued subpoena within the 14 days specified, the Hawaii DOH appears to have little recourse but to comply with the subpoena by producing the Obama original birth certificate for Taitz’s examination.

Taitz is planning to travel to the state agency, despite receiving no answer from Fuddy as to whether or not she intends to comply with the subpoena. Taitz put the question to Fuddy in a July 27 letter.

On July 15, Florence Stone, an interested citizen residing in Oregon, was told that Nagamine was on leave and that Fuddy had left the islands.

On April 27, the White House released hard copies and a PDF electronic file of the Obama birth certificate, a document numerous experts, including several in Adobe software, have charged to be a forgery.

Handed out at the White House press conference were paper copies of the Obama birth certificate that lacked the green security paper background seen in the PDF electronic version.

The White House claims to have a certified copy of the birth certificate that contains an embossed seal from the Hawaii Department of Health, a feature that is questionably present in the PDF file and not apparent in the paper copies the White House handed to reporters.

NBC reporter Savannah Guthriewas the only person at the April 27 White House press conference allowed to see the certified copyof the Obama document, feel the seal and take a picture of the document.

To date, the Hawaii Department of Health has kept whatever record of Obama’s birth that exists in its files in the agency’s vault. The department refuses to grant any requests to show the original document to the public or to allow independent forensic examiners to authenticate it.

Without access to the original document, dozens of traditionally trained court-authorized forensic document examiners approached by WND have refused to render an opinion.

Vogt, who describes himself as an expert in documents, typesetting, imaging, scanners and document imaging programs, has owned Archive Index Systems, a company specializing in the international marketing of scanner equipment and technology, since 1993.

WND previously reported, and laterexpanded on the report,that Irey has identified different sized and different shaped letters within the Obama birth certificate. Irey believes the letters used to compose the document came from more than one typewriter, which he considers “irrefutable proof” the Obama birth certificate released by the White House is a forgery.

Irey, a typesetting and typeface expert with 50 years of experience in the business, founded Bergan Graphics in Fort Lee, N.J., in 1967.

Taitz said the state’s “privacy” regulations should be ignored, as Obama already has released what the White House purported to be a copy of the document to the public.

The subpoena comes in a case she has developed in Washington, D.C., seeking the original application for Obama’s Social Security number, a document that could provide significant information about the president’s early life that relates to his eligibility.

U.S. District Court Chief Judge Royce Lamberthrejected a defense concern over procedure in the dispute. Taitz said the judge’s ruling moved the case into the discovery phase, in which she can issue subpoenas to those holding documentation she is seeking.

WND previously has reported on the issuethat Obamaholds a Connecticut-based Social Security numberdespite allegedly being born in Hawaii, starting his work career in the Aloha State and neverhaving lived in Connecticut.

The first three digits of a Social Security number indicate the state of the applicant’s mailing address. Obama’s number begins with 042, which falls within Connecticut’s range of 040 through 049.

The national news media have been virtually silent on this potentially criminal fact.Indeed, when Fox News finally attempted to explain it, the news networkbroadcast false informationand thenscrubbed the report from its website.

When WND asked the White House about the issue, then–Press SecretaryRobert Gibbs dodged the question.Taitz’ case,against Social Security Commissioner Michael Astrue, explains that because of the numerous questions surrounding Obama’s eligibility, his birth certificate and his other records, a Freedom of Information Act request was submitted.According to a report in The Post & Email,the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii had issued a subpoena that was served on the director of the Hawaii Department of Health.

The demand to Fuddy requires the “original 1961 typewritten birth certificate #10641 for Barack Obama … issued 08.08.1961, signed by Dr. David Sinclair, Stanley Ann Dunham Obama and registrar Lee, stored in the Health Department of the State of HI from 08081961 until now.”As WND has reported,there long have been concerns about the Social Security number.”There is obviously a case of fraud going on here,” says Ohio licensed private investigator Susan Daniels. “

In 15 years of having a private investigator’s license in Ohio, I’ve never seen the Social Security Administration make a mistake of issuing a Connecticut Social Security number to a person who lived in Hawaii. There is no family connection that would appear to explain the anomaly.”Does the Social Security Administration ever re-issue Social Security numbers?”Never,” Daniels told Corsi. “It’s against the law for a person to have a re-issued or second Social Security Number issued.”Daniels said she is “staking my reputation on a conclusion that Obama’s use of this Social Security Number is fraudulent.”

“A person who wants to hide their true identity often picks up the Social Security Number of a deceased person, thinking that nobody would ever look into it,” Daniels added. “I think it was sometime in the 1980s that Obama decided to hide who he really is.”There is no indication in the limited background documentation released by the Obama 2008 presidential campaign or by the White House to establish that Obama ever lived in Connecticut.

Nor is there any suggestion in Obama’s autobiography, “Dreams from My Father,” that he ever had a Connecticut address.Also, nothing can be found in the public record that indicates Obama visited Connecticut during his high-school years.An affidavit filed by Colorado private investigator John N. Sampson specifies that as a result of his formal training as an immigration officer and his 27-year career in professional law enforcement, “it is my knowledge and belief that Social Security Numbers can only be applied for in the state in which the applicant habitually resides and has their official residence.”

Daniels told WND she believes Obama had a different Social Security Number when he worked as a teenager in Hawaii prior to 1977. “I doubt this is President Obama’s originally issued Social Security number,” she told WND. “Obama has a work history in Hawaii before he left the islands to attend college at Occidental College in California, so he must have originally been issued a Social Security number in Hawaii.”The published record available about Obama indicates his first job as a teenager in Hawaii was at a Baskin-Robbins in the Makiki neighborhood on Oahu.

USA Today reported the ice-cream shop still was in operation one year after Obama’s inauguration.In April, some 11 months after WND began publicizing Obama’s Connecticut-based SSN, Bill O’Reilly of the Fox News Channel briefly addressed the issue while reading his viewer mail on the air.But the news anchor falsely asserted the president’s father lived in Connecticut.

In his viewer email segment April 13, O’Reilly was asked: “What about Obama having a Connecticut Social Security Number? He never lived there.””His father lived in Connecticut for several years,” O’Reilly claimed, adding that “babies sometimes get numbers based on addresses provided by their parents.” However, there is no evidence Barack Obama Sr. ever lived in Connecticut. He left Hawaii in 1962 to study at Harvard in Massachusetts and then returned to his home country of Kenya.When WND publicized O’Reilly’s error, the information vanished from the Fox News Channel’s website and BillOReilly.com.

Criminal Complaint Filed Against Obama With The FBI: Long Form Birth Certificate Irrefutably A Fraud!

This is the second of three articles explaining the criminal complaint that scanner-expert Doug Vogt filed last week with the FBI.

The 22-page criminal complaint filed with the FBI by document-imaging expert Doug Vogt charges that individuals within the Hawaii Department of Health, Obama political operatives and an unidentified graphic artist worked in a multi-state conspiracy to create a fraudulent long-form birth certificate for Barack Obama.

Vogt‘s complaint asserts: “I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011 is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs.”

He claims the long-form birth certificate the White House released April 27 as an electronic document in PDF format was forged from a composite of legitimate birth certificates obtained from the Hawaii DOH archives and manipulated to replace the original authentic information.

As WND has previously reported, Obama’s birth certificate number appears to be out of sequence with the birth certificate numbers given to twins born a day after Obama.

Susan Nordyke, the first twin, was born at 2:12 p.m. Aug. 5, 1961, and was given certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10637, which was filed with the Hawaii registrar on Aug. 11, 1961. Gretchen Nordyke was born at 2:17 p.m. and was given certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10638, which was also filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961.

Barack Obama was given certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10641, even though he was born Aug. 4, 1961, the day before the Nordyke twins, and his birth was registered with the Hawaii Department of Health registrar three days earlier, Aug. 8, 1961.

“It is impossible to have Obama’s certificate number to be four numbers higher than a certificate that came in three days later,” Vogt concludes.

Vogt’s forensic examination of the birth certificate number on the White House-released long form concluded that the last “1” in the number “10641,” as seen in the figure below, is a grayscale image, while the remaining numbers are not. This is, he says, “irrefutable proof that the certificate number is a composite of two numbers and hence a forgery.”

Vogt argues that a person or persons in the Hawaii DOH with access to the document-imaging program searched the database for someone close to the actual birth date of Obama and found someone born near Aug. 4, 1961.

“Obama may have chosen the 4th of August because they had a baby who died close to his date of birth,” he writes. “The clerk may have cross-referenced the death database to find someone who had died and had a birth date close to Obama’s.”

Vogt speculated that someone may have taken the birth certificate number originally assigned an infant girl named Virginia Sunahara, born Aug. 4, 1961, at Wahiawa Hospital in Wahiawa, Oahu, Hawaii.

As WND previously reported, Virginia Sunahara died Aug. 5, 1961, at Kapi’olani hospital, due to complications, the same day the Nordyke twins were born there

Regarding Virginia Sunahara, Vogt made two assumptions:

“The first would be that the Wahiawa Hospital would have filled the COLB (Certificate of Live Birth) form as customary and mailed it to the County Health Department and the Kapiolani Medical Center would have filled out the death certificate. The other less probable would be that her medical records were transferred to Kapiolani Hospital and they would produce the birth certificate and later the death certificate was later included in the group of birth certificates that contained the Nordyke twins.”

Vogt speculated that a forger took Virginia Sunahara’s birth number as Obama’s, knowing that she was long dead and not available to complain about identity theft.

“We can conclude from this that more than one person was involved in the Hawaii Department of Health to assemble the different components that were used and also do the database searches to find the right certificates to create the fraudulent Certificate of Live Birth and finally someone who signed the fraudulent certificate,” he writes.

“I believe that after all the components were assembled they were then given to a graphic artist to actually assemble the whole thing and create the finished forgery. That graphic artist could be located anywhere. In short this was a multi-state conspiracy to defraud the United States.”

Date stamp irregularities

In Boxes 20 and 22 on the Obama long-form birth certificate, the stamps recording the date the local registrar and registrar general accepted the birth certificate have two different colors on both lines where there should be no color at all.

Also, the color differences are evident in Box 22, both in the printed text of the box and in the stamp recording the date that the local registrar accepted the birth certificate, Vogt says, as seen below:

“What I think this is showing us is that the person who put this fraud together was looking for a form that had the right date, namely “August 8 19_1,” Vogt writes, commenting on Box 22. “As you can see the only things that are printed in dark green (R=71, G=92, B=73) are ‘Date A’ and ‘AUG -8 6.’ The rest of the type is in black.”

Vogt believes this was a clear indication “that the forger was working in color mode and what they copied from had a color value for some reason unless they put a color value on it.”

The color differences are also evident in Box 20, the date the local registrar accepted the birth certificate, as seen below:

“The ‘AUG -8 196’ is in dark green (R=87, G=111, B=87) and the ‘1’ is in black,” Vogt observes with regard to Box 20. “Yet again, another irrefutable proof this form is a forgery.”

Vogt additionally observes that the font size of the rubber stamp in Box 22 is larger than the stamp used in Box 20.

“This is unlikely because the same rubber stamp would have been used, at the same time, by the same registrar to stamp the dates in both places and sign the form in Box 21,” he notes. “Since we have two size letters and numbers, this means these elements were taken from two separate forms that may have been years apart using different rubber stamps.”

The official seal is not part of the Obama birth certificate

Vogt references the embossed seal on theshort-form Certification of Live Birthposted by FactCheck.org to determine that the Hawaii DOH was using an electric embosser that applies ample pressure to leave a clearly visible embossment.

The embossed seal on the FactCheck.org short-form COLB appeared about three inches from the bottom of the 11-inch paper, but hand seal embossers have only 1 ¾ inch or less clearance for a 2 ¼ inch seal from the edge of the paper.

Vogt notes that even on the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates, as seen below, the embossed seal was evident, even though the image was inverted to white-on-black from the original microfilm image:

The figure below shows that the embossed seal on the Obama birth certificate released by the White House is visible only because a color filter was used to see it, otherwise it disappears in the design of the security paper:

“The official seal on the Obama birth certificate released by the White House on April 27 is a second or even third generation image from another form,” Vogt concludes. “The seal embossing did not distort the lines or type on the form and it most likely was never part of his certificate. Yet another indication this Certificate of Live Birth is an obvious forgery.”

Forgedstateregistrarstamp?

Vogt concludes the state registrar’s stamp certifying the Obama April 27 birth certificate is itself a forgery.

He examined a legitimate stamp placed on a long-form birth certificate copy issued by the Hawaii DOH on March 15, 2011.

As seen below, the stamp, with a likeness of the signature of State Registrar Alvin T. Onaka, Ph.D., is placed to the bottom right of the certificate, with the date stamp to the left:

Note, that since hand stamps are used on the document issued March 15, 2011, the date stamp and the state registrar’s stamp are not on a straight line. Instead, the state registrar’s stamp is skewed up on the right.

As seen below, the registrar’s stamp applied to Obama’s April 27 birth certificate has an error in the word “THE” that reads instead “TXE.” The error did not show up on the stamp used one month earlier.

Also note that on the Obama birth certificate, the whole stamp is straight on the form, as seen by the red underline.

Vogt concludes that a graphic artist placed the state registrar’s stamp on the Obama birth certificate “to look as straight as possible.”

The problem, he stressed was that “no hand stamped notice like this would be placed that perfect on the page.”

As seen below, the “A” in Alvin appears to have a smiley face drawn in, an effect accomplished by puting an “E” in the loop of the “A” in Alvin:

Regarding the smiley face in the “A” of “Alvin,” Vogt concludes: “We have to assume that either the artifact was already on the security image the forger used, and forgot to erase it, or it was placed there deliberately for some reason that we don’t know yet.”
